This tape really does help with pain. I have several back issues and the wide tape is perfect for that. I wish they were not as expensive as they are because I have to wear them a lot, but I have not seen any other brand that carries the wide tape. The adhesion is very strong. It will stay on for several days and through several showers. You are able to move around without the tape coming off. The strong adhesion means that , when it is time to remove the tape, you will need to get it very wet and probably rub oil on it. Remove slow and easy. I’m not entirely sure how I functioned without KT tape before. This is a wonderful alternative to bulky braces. If you have any adhesive allergy, like me, I highly recommend starting with skin prep, then laying cover roll over the adhesion area, finishing with KT tape. I’m a big believer in preventative practices but when you have an acute injury, this stuff is miraculous. I bought this because my physical therapist uses it. I have joint issues due to arthritis and carpal tunnel and this is so easy to apply to wrists and at the elbow joint when doing lots of arm and wrist work. It’s a must when sewing, canning, gardening, yard work, cake making and decorating, and bread baking. My hands get a work-out and this works so well to add extra support. if you're looking for a KT tape, go with this one. I bought the regular one a few weeks ago and it was disappointing since the adhesion was really bad. If you don't do anything it will stay for a day. If you shower/sweat a little bit it will immediately fall off your skin. Today I had the tape on me and I did 1 hour of cardio, and it stayed fine. I just had a shower and at first, one of the tapes fall off I was disappointed again but by the time I wiped the water away, I was able to stick them strongly on my skin. ... show more

I ended up buying large packages of KT tape. They have fabulous how to videos on their web page so, in addition to taping my knees, I taped my calves to reduce spasms and it seems to have helped. It may feel like it's too good to be true, but I am totally sold on taping for support of my wonky bone on bone knees. It helps a lot. Bought: Black precuts To preface, I work with a D1 basketball team and I’m a dancer so that means I shower after practices, treatments, and personal workouts. Cons: The other reviews are kind of untruthful because the tape comes off BUT it will stick right back majority of the time. I sweat perfusely and it was on my foot so it started to come off a bit but once I got dry after my shower and I rubbed it back on, it was stuck again. 2. The application isn’t always easy (if you’re doing it alone) but it will come with time. 3. My main peeve with it is that I got the precut ones. The strips become longer than what I wanted once stretched but I can’t really complain about getting more reach with the tape. Pro 1. Literally everything. I felt like I was walking on a pillow with my ankle and that is my recurrent injury spot 2. It didn’t stop my range of motion on my knee plus it feels like a brace without the limitations of a brace. The tape reminds you that you have an injury because you will feel it stretch as you do certain movements but it won’t hurt nor stop you. 3. After 3 or 4 days, it was still stuck on me.
