This product has helped change my life. If you are suffering with acid reflux, burping, stomach burning, then this product is for you. I had extreme burping and acid reflux that was happening daily, my doctors wanted me to take acid blockers, PPIs, and anti depression drugs. I tried the PPIs but had little relief. I also underwent an endoscopy, where the doctor said that all that was evident was gastritis, or stomach inflammation. After the endoscopy, knowing I didn’t have stomach cancer or an ulcer, I stopped taking any medication and started taking these with each meal, sometimes I’d take two a day, sometimes I’d only take one a day, and THESE HAVE REDUCED MY SYMTPOMS BY 95%. In addition, I’ve also used The Lilly of the Vally aloe -Stomach Formula when my symptoms were severe. That truly helped heal me quickly. After getting better, I continue to take the total GI support supplement daily. I have also noticed an overall reduction in stress and increased feeling of well being. After having had campylobacter many years ago and then being given a massive dose of antibiotic to kill the bug, without re population of the gut, I have suffered with stomach/digestion problems. I was prescribed an acid inhibitor for an acid reflux which made everything much worse. The doctor had wrongly assumed that the acid reflux was being caused by an excess of acid in the stomach when I proved through research it was caused by too little acid caused by the antibiotic effects. Through self research, talking to a friend who is a homoeopath and trial and error it was clear I had a digestive problem caused by the treatment for campylobacter. The inhibitors reduced stomach acid making, reducing the effectiveness of my digestive system and interfering with the absorption of vitamins and most importantly magnesium. I researched the problem even further and realised I needed not just digestive enzymes to help digest the food I was eating, but also something to repair the gut lining, as it was probably leaking and causing fatigue. This product is the blessing I was looking for, it contains digestive enzymes and also helps repair the gut wall. The results of using this product 3 times a day have been remarkable. I digest food and so have more energy. I no longer suffer from acid reflux. I no longer have stomach cramps and bloating. All digestive processes are in sync and work as they should. These are awesome! I recently was googling " red urine after drinking beat juice" ( as this happened to me a few weeks ago, I google everything). Some websites said that often times our bodies need help absorbing the nutrients from our food and recommended probiotics and digestive enzymes ( which I have never taken) . I am a healthy eater and follow a vegetarian diet for about 20+ years now. I do take vitamins and exercise regularly but with two small children, a job and house work, I always seem to lack energy. Anyway, I discovered these while searching on Amazon for a few hours / reading through reviews. I am so happy that I found these , not only do I have tons of energy but I have also lost weight. I feel full when I have a small portion of food or a fresh juice or smoothie. Prior to taking these I would more than likely have seconds and not feel satisfied after eating but these help so much. I wasn't sure how well it would work or how I'd know if it was. Before taking, my heart would begin beating more rapidly almost every time I ate a meal. I think my digestive system was struggling to digest food. I almost instantly noticed after taking 1 per day for about a week(3 recommended per day but didn't know how my body would take to it), that my heart wasn't beating rapidly after meals. I also noticed the white on my tongue(obvious candida sign) was beginning to diminish. Unfortunately had to begin antibiotics(2 separate series from surgery) and dr.s recommended not taking the prebiotics during. So ready to get back into the routine of taking these again.
