These loungers pretty much came fully assembled. This is the 2nd set we’ve ordered. The first set finally wore out after being subjected to harsh weather conditions. We didn’t want any metal parts due to living in a salty sea air environment. These are great and fair priced.

I like the comfort and size factor, but you have to be really careful how you handle them or drag them around because the head piece pins can break very easily.

    • Took two months to get the wrong color

Ordered early Feb and wasn't even shipped until mid-April. Ordered brown - Received grey. Contacted seller and was told to send it back and they would send the correct color once received. Didn't want to wait another two months so we just kept the lounges. All that said, that was more of a ding on the seller, not the furniture. UPDATE: The seller actually sent the correct colors anyway. Just need to re-box the originals and send them back. Updated rating to 4 stars. The furniture itself is decent for what it is (molded plastic resin). Seems sturdy enough for responsible adult use. Can't yet speak to the durability but if kept out of the summer sun and elements, I could foresee several years of use. Comfort-wise, it's not bad, even without a cushion (but would recommend at least a thin cushion). Came assembled but is not stackable. So, if winter storage space is a concern, these might not be your best choice. But, if kept on a covered deck (or otherwise out of direct year-round sun and whether) these are a very good alternative to other waaaay over-priced options.     • Buyer Beware - Company does not honor the 2 year warranty

We bought 4 of these chairs and loved them. One day, my son sat down on one and the leg broke out from under him. The chair is entirely plastic, so when it broke, the place the leg attached broke also. Because of this, we couldn't just replace the leg, the entire chair was going to need to be replaced. I looked up the manufacture warranty and this should have been covered as I had the chairs a little over a year. I contacted them and sent them pictures and they told me they couldn't replace it, I would need to contact Amazon. I did and of course Amazon told me I needed to go through the manufacturer since it had been a year. I explained the situation so Amazon called them and got them to agree to issue me a refund so I could buy a replacement. I was told to email them with my case # and they would issue the refund through PayPal. I did and sent them my information. They never sent my refund and will not reply to any of my emails for the last 5 weeks. Chairs were great for the price and we have many Keter things outdoors around our pool. The customer service from Keter in regards to backing up their warranty was very disappointing. ... show more

These chairs are comfortable and the price is reasonable compared to other similar products. They took longer to arrive but the seller did everything they could to ship them to me, it was the Courier that had some issues and delayed the delivery. One of the chairs was damaged upon opening the box and the seller offered a replacement or a full refund of the entire set to pay for the delay and any inconvenience. Edit* my chair was replaced under warranty very quickly. Awesome customer service. I enjoy my chairs very much....... just used the chair for the first time and the bracket that allows you to adjust the back rest of the chair up and down broke.

These chairs are artistically designed and have great lines. Most recliners look like a boardwalk. The "material" is not actually woven like so many current models so it seems tougher. Most of the woven ones I have seen have breaks and tears somewhere and seem destined to fail. They arrived on time in a huge box that the fed ex guy dropped twice but no damage. Got them to the deck and to be fair you have to mess with the legs to make sure they are locked in but once you do it's fine. They look much more expensive than they are and create a stylish and contemporary look. Truth be told they are not hella comfortable. The material has little sag to it so it's like laying on a very taut surface. I will probably get some pads for them but just yesterday I grabbed a pillow and caught a great nap under the warm sun and was very comfortable and for that one experience it was worth it as the pleasure of enjoying a warm sunny day and napping on my deck was worth the price. I'd say if you understand what you are getting and the style works for you it's a good deal. ... show more

The look and design is very nice, however I am sort of disappointed with 2 things. I assumed per the description that they were woven all weather wicker - they are not. They are a molded plastic with the woven "look" a good whack will cause breakage at some point as they do not have the flexibility of actual woven all weather wicker. Secondly , these need to be on a solid or at least flat sturdy surface. I put one in a spot where I like to sit in the sun which has a very slight incline and the legs under the top section get pushed past their limit and popped out - not easy to carefully fix. The second time I was very careful about sitting and not causing any movement but even the slight incline is just too much for this chaise. This time the round section, that fits the leg on one side to the base, broke. This was the day I got these chaises so I was really upset they didn't even make it a day. For the money, they should have at least a sturdy metal leg as you cannot always be on a flat surface. Severe common sense design flaw. I will use some Gorilla glue to fix the leg - that stuff dries like a rock. For now, I just leave the leg off- fold out the bottom leg at the lower part of the incline and it works fine. I suggest just not folding out the top leg if you are using this chaise on any incline. Really, for the money this is ridiculous. ... show more
