After reading the reviews/ the instructions, I knew that I had to take out all of the stuffing to refluff and stuff the bear. After I restuffed the bear, he came out looking great and perfect! Came wrapped in plastic covered in hearts. Was afraid that it would take days to fluff up but now I kind of wish I had left it in its package for my daughter to unwrap as it expanded quickly. Thought it would have been smaller when I saw how it was packed but to my surprise, it is pretty large. Has a zipper on the back to take out some of the stuffing for washing or adding more. Used these bears for a baby shower. They absolutely have to be fluffed and re-stuffed. I sprayed mine with water and put them in the dryer. Put new bows at the neck. I also took the neck up in the back because they had floppy, droopy heads. They take a little effort, but the final product is AWESOME! ... show more

I read through the reviews before this guy arrived and I'm so happy I did. I followed the review that recommended pulling ALL of the stuffing out. Then separating and fluffing it in clumps before stuffing back into the bear. Starting with limbs and head and then moving to the center. This worked MAGIC! Out of the box he was pretty limp especially around the joints. After doing this he was exactly as pictured. There is plenty of stuffing in the bear it just needs a little attention to get him looking his best. Very pleased with this purchase! ... show more

Super cute and soft. The seller was kind enough to email instructions after purchasing which helped a lot! You Definitely need to remove all stuffing after opening the package, fluff it, then put it back in the bear as instructed. I emptied mine into my tub, separated it by pulling large pieces apart, then put it back into the bear starting with arms, legs and head. Looks good as new! My 9 year old daughter loves it, it is bigger than her but she is still able to carry it around. ... show more
