I have had this set for a little over 6 years. Looks beautiful still. No tears, no damage, etc.I live in Wisconsin and cover outside for the winter in a tarp. I would recommend purchasing a heavy duty rain cover for $60 so you don't have to take the cushions off everyday. GREAT product!!!

Yes it is expensive. Yes it is probably just as expensive as your couch that is in the living room that you bought from Value City. And you are thinking--Why on Earth would I Pay $1,000+ for a wicker patio set that sits outdoors and I probably will use it only a fraction of the time as my other couch? Well the answer is simple--IT IS BUILT TO LAST! I did my research on patio furniture with a price point of around $700-- And yes there are a lot of patio furniture options at Lowes & Home Depot for that price point....But I did not want to be shopping next year and the year after for replacement parts for discontinued models and cushions that don't quite match the color of the initial furniture. I just want something that can stand up to the test of time from a company that has stood the test of time. Ohana is the answer. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I ended up biting the bullet and buying this lovely bunch of coconuts right before Memorial Day weekend for $1199. Much to my satisfaction I received a phone call from Ohana the VERY NEXT DAY stating that they are crediting my account $100 because they are having a sale for Memorial day and rather than me cancelling the order and replacing it--they will just credit me the difference in price! GOLD STAR FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. BOOM! ALSO, you can by replacement parts, set additions, and replacement cushions on the ohana website...double bonus! DELIVERY: So within a week, I get a call from the freight company and they deliver this sucker right into my garage at 830am. I had to get to work by 9:15 and they were prompt (Maybe even early!). One signature later and the delivery guy was out of my hair and I was off to work. ASSEMBLY: Anyone who has any issue with putting this together probably doesn't even know how to put gas in their gastank. Each box holds 2 wicker seats and the cushions are wedged in the base of each chair. so literally all you are doing is placing the cushions on and figuring out how you would like the set to fit on your patio. Its not overly large (see pics). Wicker: feels surprisingly sturdy and will easily stand the test of time. Cushions: A little firm but otherwise very well put together. haven't had it long enough to determine if they will quickly fade but I can honestly say I am quite happy with the size/color/design/complete experience with this seller Cover: I keep my cover on when not in use and simply store the cover underneath the hollow coffee table (out of sight) when I am using. The clips that come with it are great to hold the entire system together so that the individual pieces are not sliding on the deck. These do slide a little bit if we don't clip them together so I have two pieces tied together to limit sliding but still able to move when needed. ... show more

Very happy with this purchase. I was skeptical due to reports of it being very light, but it feels solid and is very comfortable. Cushions are not as waterproof as it claims to be but the provided cover is more than adequate. On the one occasion it was left uncovered in an unexpected downpour I just took all the cushions out of the covers and left them out in the sun to dry and they’re good as new. We recently received this item and so far we are enjoying it very much. There are a few pros and cons that I must mention for the readers however. Pros- there is virtually no assembly required, it looks great and was easily configured in it's new place, it seems sturdy albeit it is very lightweight. Cons- (although this is not an issue for us) it is not very large, meaning we are not tall people and I would be concerned that the height would be an issue if we were, the cushions have velcro to keep them together, but not to keep them on the furniture. As a result, the wind can ( and does in our area) blow the cushions off. We have decided to put velcro on the furniture to hold the cushions down (so not a big deal). While speaking of the cushions, they are ok, but not very plush (a little stiff, hopefully it will become more comfortable with time). This furniture was advertised by Amazon to go with the Outland Fire table, which we bought too and although it is beautiful together, the table seems a little tall for the furniture, mainly in terms of the heat aspect of the table. The heat rises of course and we lose some of the benefit of it. All of that being said, I would still give this product 4.5 stars and I would definitely purchase it again. I was a little suspicious of this brand at first since it seems to only sell on Amazon, but after setting it up and owning it for a few weeks, I have to say I'm impressed! Pros: * The cushions repel water as if they were hydrophobic, and can be sat on the next day without issue. * The cushions are relatively firm and supportive * The colors are bright and have maintained well for a month in full weather conditions * Unlike most other patio couches that seem to be made for very short/tiny people, this set is actually quite tall at the back and will easily support high enough to be comfortable. * Super easy to set up! The couch comes in seat-sized pieces that you drop the cushions on, and snap together on the bottom with a few clips. Cons: * The resin wicker is a bit cheap. I do not know how long the "wicker" will last. * A little pricey, especially considering there's quite a few other cheaper alternatives available, but their cushions may not be as water repellent or durable? * Although construction was in the pros, I will have to mention the final part of assembly (the clips) are a little annoying. You will need to really force them on to snap them into place, and it can feel like you're applying too much force sometimes. * Hot hot hot!!!!! The darker wicker gets quite hot in the full summer sun in southern states. I hope this doesn't seriously degrade the life of the product, but what I can say is it can be uncomfortably hot to rest your hands on. Thankfully only the corner pieces suffer this with their arm rests. Total product rating: 8/10 stars. Would be 9/10 with thicker resin wicker, and 10/10 if there was some sort of very thin cushion on the corner piece arm rests (The wicker gets hot!!!) ... show more
