Excellent pre workout that isn’t front loaded with caffeine and other stims. Very good balance overall and the disclosure of each ingredient is great. If this was out when I worked in the business it would have easily been a top seller at my stores. Mixes well and the flavor isn’t gasoline so it’s easy to put down. There might be a few things I’d tweak but overall it’s a top 10 pre workout that’s been released in the last 10 years easily. Very good product. Definitely gives me that boost to focus and power through my gruelling workouts. I use it on my hardest and heaviest lifting days so that my body doesn’t get too used to it and rely on it for every workout. One thing I have noticed with Blast Max compared to the previous pre workout supplement I was utilizing, is that I don’t have a crash halfway through my workout. Great pre-work out and blueberry lemonade is a good flavor. I wish it had a higher serving count than 20 for the container. Definitely one of the best I've used and I do strongman and usapl.

Flavor Name: Caribbean Punch
A perfect pre workout, good ingredients too, I recommend Blueberry Lemonade if you want the most natural one, since it's the only flavor that has stevia and fruit/vege juice instead of sucralose. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because it's quite expensive (currently $40 for 20 servings). The second dose of caffeine works and is pretty effective for my usual 2 hour workouts. You still might get tired if you are low on electrolytes or carbs though, so make sure to fuel up before a long workout, a electrolyte drink would probably help if you get tired before 2 hours (I've never tried it though). Oh and the Blueberry Lemonade is extremely sour, the sourest thing I've ever tasted, likely from the lemon juice and citrulline, but I've gotten basically immune to the sourness after around 4-5 servings. The Caribbean Punch flavor is really good too, I'm pretty sure it's the tropical flavor but it's literally just pineapple. Unfortunately it's not the stevia flavor though. Edit: Nearing the end of the container and it's definitely not as sour anymore, so you will get mostly used to it's sourness. ... show more
