    • A great Keurig machine!
My husband has an older model of Keurig at work, and he had been wanting one at home. I was so pleased to find one in a color that would coordinate with our kitchen in a fun way! The machine itself is great -- we've had no problems with it. I also love that we can purchase the carafe optionally and brew larger pots when company comes over. I have yet to figure out if you can purchase a refillable pod that works with this machine. That's one thing I want to find out about still, since the pods are quite expensive! They're cheaper than a Starbucks run, though, so we have that going for us. :) I have found that many of our travel mugs are too tall to fit in this machine. That's a bit of a bummer. Our Starbucks "grande" sized mug BARELY fits underneath, and taller mugs will not work. I was hopeful that removing the drip catcher on the bottom would allow me to use a taller mug, but it appears that this piece HAS to be in place for it to brew (it's the same place the carafe connects, so that you HAVE to use their carafe, not any other pot). My husband loves the flavor of the coffee and variety of pods available, so he's ultimately a happy camper! Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review. ... show more

This new Keurig is really great! Although there are many negative reviews against it, many of those are just angry people who are upset that they cannot use non-Keurig K-cups. First, most K-cups are approved by Keurig if you go to the supermarket or a large retail store like Target or Wal-mart. Secondly, you don't want something that is not approved since it might not work as designed. I have had many a fake K-cup spill it's coffee grinds all over my coffee cup. To that, I say no thanks! This thing has got it all! It can be used for a K-carafe or even a K-mug which will allow you to use the 12-oz and 14-oz settings. The ordinary K-cups only go to 10 oz, but it is a good brew. If you have old Keurig approved K-cups, Keurig will allow you to send it back to them for free replacements. There is also an increase in the water pressure for a much nicer brew. I bought this item more then 2 years ago and use it daily in a one person household. It still works w/o any flaws. I had to clean it a couple of times in order for it to brew again but that's very easy and doesn't take long. The only thing I noticed is that some "cheaper" K-Cups will not work bc apparently the bottom of these K-Cups is maybe a little bit too thick and therefore the machine isn't able to punch the hole in it. This rarely happens though and I rather blame the Cups on this and not the Coffee maker. ... show more

This Keurig is beautiful, but beyond its beauty is it functions flawlessly. I was a little concerned after reading other reviews about it not accepting any other K cups other than the Keurig brand, as one reviewer had posted. I'm not sure what they were using, but this K200 works with several of the non branded K cups we have. The coffee maker is super easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for beauty and great functionality. ... show more

    • It’s pretty but. . .
I was a bit disappointed in this product. The color was great as it matched my kitchen perfectly. I ordered the carafe to go with the Keurig and the two Items didn’t work together even though both were a Keurig model. I liked my old Keurig better than this model. This item just wasn’t a “wow” item like I thought it would be. And it’s doesn’t work any better. It’s just pretty!!!! ... show more

Love the color on this Keurig. It works well and I appreciate that you know before hitting start whether or not you need to add more water to the tank. Our previous Keurig wouldn't tell you to add water until it had acted like it was going to make your coffee for 30 seconds. So many times I would walk away because it seemed like it was good to go. My only issue is that the tank is really tiny you can basically only get one cup out without needing to fill it more. ... show more

I love the color which is one huge reason I bought it. The water container is small. I didn't realize how small 40 oz really was until I saw it. You have to refill it after 4 cups of coffee. It is loud when you are brewing coffee and slower. It takes up less space on my counter and that is good. Not real happy with item. ... show more

We have had this for about 8 months now. I Love it, but it tends to put off a weird chemical smell after brewing coffee, not sure if its the pods or the coffee maker its self. I don't notice the smell as much when we use the reusable coffee filters. Over all we love it tho, color is perfect!
