Great design. I love that the resovoir is in the back and holds a good amount before a refill is needed. The product came with a bulb you insert in the K Cup that cleans the grinds logged in the needle and also came with 1 carbon filter. The only drawback to this is the sensor is still fairly set high when the unit alerts you to refill. I can get what seems like about 2 more cups before it empties. Another flaw is the measurements programmed into the unit. Test your nuts because the max 10 oz setting feels a lot like 6 oz. Still a great choice into my first Keurig product. I love the crisp white modern color and the compact size. I've been using it for a month.... Once a day. It is malfunctioning.... The little screen says I need to call a 1-800 number. What a pain. Stay tuned for an update.
