    • Hard and Frustrating To Use.
I have had two Keurigs, and I loved both of them. When it came time to replace my last one, I thought this one looked pretty good. Was I ever wrong! It has so many things wrong with it I don't know where to start. 1) It takes forever to start up in the morning - at least three times slower than my last Keurig. Mornings are not the time to have to wait for your coffee. 2) Refilling the reservoir is impossible! If I fill it to the max line, I can't carry it back to the coffee maker and replace it without the water slopping over the edges. So - since I keep it on the counter under a cabinet, I have to pull it our to fill it with a pitcher. Also, although the reservoir seems large, but I can only get two 10 oz. servings before it wants more water. 3)The touch screen is so tiny that I have to be careful not to hit the wrong selection. The whole brewing process is cumbersome and I miss my old Keurig. So why don't I return it? Because it does make very good coffee. Hotter and stronger than the models before. That's also the reason for the one star. ... show more

    • I love the color
I love the color. However, the touch screen to turn it on and off is a little finicky. Also, I'm not sure if it gets better the more I use it, but there's a funny taste after I brew the coffee that's like machine like...not sure if that's normal or not.

Very good product, happy with it. I like the options to brew strong or not and the fact I can choose which size cup. My biggest issue is the fact that we can't use our kcup filter with this machine. I did not know that when I ordered it. Keurig says they'll be releasing one soon and says the ones currently out there that say they're 2.0 compatible will not, in fact, work. I haven't try yet.
