I didn't give this 5 star because I wish there were more color options. Really a great little sleeper sofa though. It is firm to sit on but not as much to lay on when pulled out. We put a foam pad on top when we have a guest sleep over. Plan to use this in our nursery/spare room when that time comes. It is great sized and can fit 2 people sleeping. I probably did 64+ hours of research on a nice, not college looking, small but double sleeper sofa and this is what we landed on and I am happy with our purchase. Maybe when I feel like dishing a grand on something a little more off the ground I will, but I don't see that happening any time soon. It doesn't look like it belongs in a dorm room or kids play area which was my main concern. It may not fit some of our older-larger grandparents, well I actually think it would fit them but maybe not super comfortably, or as comfortable as they are use to. I only heard one complaint so far and that was the place where you lay your head is slightly lower then the rest. So for people who don't sleep with pillows or only use a neck pillow, you'll probably want to sleep with a pillow for the night. ... show more

    • Read Dimensions of sofa carefully..!!

So I ordered this sofa recently and I must say, this is very SMALL compared to the product picture in listing. I'll be honest in saying that I really didn't pay attention to the dimensions listed, but rather I just went by the product listing photo. BAD IDEA! This sofa literally looks like kids furniture. This is NOT for adults. As far as Sturdiness, it's not built very well for the price its selling for. In my opinion, this is worth less than $100. Setup was simple, all I did was take it out the box and place pillows on top. Read other reviews saying nothing is "connected" as far as the cushions, but mine came as it should. With the sofa opened as a bed, you DEF need a mattress or thick comforter to place on top as there is a solid piece of wood that runs across the sofa right on your back! If this sofa was priced lower and better quality, I would give it a better rating. Now I REALLY need to pay attention to all dimensions listed..!!! ... show more

Great couch & big enough for 2 adults(I was unsure about the size but for a small apartment it works perfect!!). The 2 pillows that go on the back are great! Comes assembled & ready to go! It is a tiny bit heavy since the sides/back are solid material). The bottom easily slides to move around but stable enough to sit/lay on. I'm 5ft3 so fits me fine. When foam folded out, it makes like a double bed almost widtheise & lengthwise is plenty long enough. The back part has one solid piece(makes it more solid/heavy duty to last) but just put the pillow there & everything else is soft. ... show more

Loveseat section is a bit stiff, but we figure it will improve over time. Size is perfect! Large enough for 2 average sized adults but we actually purchased it for our kids and their sleepovers. Bed is actually pretty comfortable. **** Update. We've now had the couch 3 days and where you pull the tab to change to a pull out, the fabric had already ripped. :-( very disappointing. ***** Update they did offer to replace the couch, we've been using it and for the kids it's pretty perfect.     • It's great for small places
It's exactly what I wanted for the home office. We now have a guest bed. It's great for small places, but makes a big sleeping area. It also makes a great small couch that is comfortable and sturdy. The lines are clean and modern. It would be a great addition to a kid's play room. A place to read books and then fold out for nap time. I plan to buy two more for our attic conversion. Works great as an extra couch/ bed for our camper. Works great for extra seating space and spare guests. I see some people complained of size but the dimensions are listed. We were wanting a small couch or loveseat due to the tight fit in the camper.

    • Sold cheaply because they are DEFECTIVE

The reason these are $200 cheaper than you see everywhere else is that they are defective. The three sections of the couch are not attached in any way. They are supposed to fold out accordian style, with a flap of cloth connecting each section. These don't have that so the sections slip around on the floor and the sleeper falls through the cracks. It is not possible to use a fitted sheet to hold them together because you can't hook the sheet over the corners of the section that is the bottom of the couch frame. I returned the first one I ordered, thinking it was a one-off problem, but the replacement had exactly the same issue. Do not buy unless you aren't planning to use the sleeper aspect of the couch. ... show more
