I have been using this brand of backpack vaccum for 3 years,5 days a week, 2 hours is the most I would use it each day. The vaccum itself is good,but the hose that is connected to the vaccum keeps breaking off, and it's so anotying that you have to keep snapping it back on and it's really time consumming. In the past 3 years I've used 5 of this vaccum with the same problem ( same brand but different models). It seems as if the company has ignored the costumers reviews and I've decided to go with a different brand.(I have pictures to prove) I'm disappointed because I loved the brand. ... show more

I usually don’t write reviews but for this one I honestly have too. We own a janitorial Buisness and this is the ONLY brand of vacuums we use because they are AMAZING. I have read a lot of the reviews and honestly it’s not the product that doesn’t work it’s the person purchasing that doesn’t know how to use them. Lol not trying to be rude. For example the “tools” not holding on to the bottom piece, if you are not placing the tools right and screwing them tightly right it will fall out. It happens to our employees all the time. And then we have to do it for them. Doesn’t mean machine is defective... you just need to gain knowledge on the product you purchased.. second review I have to comment on. The suction cord unscrewing from top end of vacuum and the pole. I have to LOL because obviously after using it eventually it will go lose. Since you twist and turn it many directions and it is NOT GLUED ON for when you want to rinse off the suction ban and pole... just go righty tighty and you will be alright That portion of the vacuum will ALWAYS eventually get undone and you will have to re twist it back in place. We literally don’t allow any of our employees to use a broom anymore because these vacuums do such a great job! Don’t give a bad review just because you haven’t cared to learn to use a product you purchased. This vacuum is cheap yet does am amazing ass job, don’t forget that when you use a broom you just move the dust and everything else back to the air with the vacuum you don’t get that problem. You will have less dust and stuff in your house. It is an amazing product for the price you pay. We’ve had some for 8+ Years with on going use and it works like new... learn to be resourceful and google things before you give a product a bad review.... it makes people hesitant to purchase great products ... show more

We needed a vacuum for all floor types and one that could tackle pet hair. This could not pick up pet hair. This vacuum was not easy to use and was not comfortable to put on. The harness was cheaply made and could not handle the weight of the vacuum. I felt as if I was being choked. Although, it had suction, the attachments kept falling off of the wand. We returned it. The vacuum itself works great, however, there is a flaw in the end of the telescoping wand that holds the tools on in that it does not "grab" the tool and allow you to screw it on tightly, which means tools fall off a lot. I kinda figured out how to use suction to keep them on and then I ordered two more wands to keep in different locations as they are a pain to move around when not vacuuming, and lo and behold one of the two extra telescoping wands I purchased works as it should (world of difference) and the other one does not. So 2 out of 3 telescoping wands don't hold the tools on. ... show more

I own three of these and would be surprised if I ever find another product that surpasses the ProTeam brand. My wife and I offer residential and commercial cleaning services and have never been disappointed by the performance of our vacuums. With these backpacks your arms and wrists do not suffer even after several hours of vacuuming. Reaching under chairs and tables and sofas is a breeze, Reaching ceiling corners--from where the odious spiders love to challenge us--is not a problem at all. Changing the bag and washing the filters is also quick and swift. I've tried extension cords from other sources but the one provided by ProTeam seems to work the best (I don't know why... but it is less prone to tangling and to becoming kinked). We purchased the additional backpack to put it to exclusive service at a residence where the homeowner had had a stem cell transplant--rendering the immune system inactive--and were confident that this vacuum would effectively maintain the sanitized environment that was required. It did not fail us and we would like to think that it contributed to our client's speedy recovery in a dust-free environment. In summary, we love the quality of this product. I can't opine as to the company's customer service: we've never had reason to call them! ... show more

The vacuum isn’t terrible. I am an electrician and we do a lot of whole house re-wiring in older homes with plaster walls. I bought this specifically for the small debris and plaster dust. The main standard vacuum head is made of cheap crappy plastic and gets clogged WAY too easily stopping us every 2 minutes to clean it out. To do so, you have to take apart the entire head of the vacuum needing a philips head screw driver. And even after all if that, it gets clogged easily after that. I made a mistake buying this vacuum. Definitely should have bought the Milwaukee battery back pack vacuum which is the same, if not less, money than this cheaply made product. ... show more

I really love this vacuum. I’m a tall girl, so most vacuums require me to bend down to use them and it kills my back. This thing lets me stand upright. I bought it to clean my house and I’m really happy with it. The only problem I have is that it plugs in at a connection point that you need to remove it from your back to reconnect it when it slips off from connecting. I’m still trying to work out how I can wrap the power cord around the vacuum so it doesn’t disconnect if it get too far from an outlet. I’m not having a lot of luck. It’s a pain in the butt. Truly.
