The delivery experience was simple and smooth. It was easy to put together and the included cover has been a savior. The only thing I wish was the cover to fit the size of the couch. It is oversized to fit a 8 or 9 piece sectional so we have a lot of left over material that whips in the wind. Was very disappointed that I didn't receive the advertised FREE PROTECTIVE COVER that was supposed to come with it and was a $189 value. When you don't receive it, it's not a $189 value. Just received this patio set about an hour ago. I already have it set up! The set is perfect! All cushions , back pillows , fastening clips and cover were there!! Arrived in 4 boxes wrapped to a pallet. The semi driver pushed it up into my garage and took the pallet back with him.. Ohana used New England Motor Freight.. As soon as I got the pieces set up, I realized I wanted more corner chairs & Anita at their customer service number was able to help me. Gorgeous! I bought the seven-piece mixed brown set with sunbrella beige cushions. It comes with the plastic clips to join the pieces in whatever configuration is desired, and a well-made brown plastic cover with velcro. Very well made yet lightweight and easy to move and reposition. I love that the cushions have a piece of velcro to hold the back cushion to the seat cushion...great design! It look very nice in my sunroom, so nice that I may not move it out to the deck. Comfortable, too, with firm cushions.
