I was skeptical at first ordering this after reading some of the reviews (mostly about the misaligned holes and difficulty putting it together) but as you can see by the pictures it actually turned out great and really only took us (my dad, brother, and myself) about 30 minutes. It is very sturdy, all the pieces were there, the cushions are comfortable and the color looks great. The instructions are self explanatory, everything was labeled including the screw package. I would definitely recommend a power drill to bolt the screws in and not by hand, especially since the allen wrench stripped after a couple of uses. My only complaint is that it is a little low, but overall great product. ... show more

I bought thus swing in August of 2019 for $199. The first 2 years I covered it and had no problems. The covers don't attach but I ran a swing arround the bench and tucked them in so they didn't blow away. They are not great cushions but for the price I didn't expect them to be. I didn't cover it this year and the cover has a small tear on each side so I plan to replace it. I use this swing a lot and my husband and I are not small people yet we find it pretty sturdy. I have a home daycare and can tell you we have tested the weight capacity when we are on oit and 12 littles want to sit with us (of course they have to take turns but we have had 2 or 3 squeeze between us and 2 on our laps and still felt safe and secure) It has also blown over but that is rare and with winds that no one is outside during (storms, hurricanes. I found it easy to setup, unlike many reviews where users have found it difficult to setup. Good quality swing but I have below issues 1) it flips often with gust of wind. 2. The canopy doesn't hold it one place woth wind.

Took me about 2hrs to put it together alone. I did have to call my neighbor to help hold a couple pieces to get the initial frame in place. Make sure you have a paper plate or somewhere to put the nuts and washers or else you will inevitably drop them in the grass and spend five minutes looking for a nut. Close to the end I enlisted my neighbor once more for moral support as I realized I put a bar on backwards and had 2 important pieces left over. Read the directions and you’ll be okay, I skimmed them lol. Great swing! ... show more

I was excited to purchase and set up this swing. I had had a swing like it for almost 20 years prior and was a staple of my family home. Finding one that was seemingly identical on Amazon was a thrill once I completed the set up, I was disappointed to find that there is a deficiency in the build of the seats. There aren’t any challenges doing the actual set up, but once you are done and you sit down on the swing, the angles are completely out of whack. You immediately feel like you were going to fall off the swing. The slope at which the seat is built is not correct. Definitely dangerous for kids if they try to seat themselves on it. And even as an adult, you will automatically feel how odd the seating is. ultimately, I was disappointed. And now, because it is already built out and in my backyard, I don’t really know how to return it or if that would even be an option. Definitely some odd proportions and deficiencies in the manufacturing. ... show more

All the pats were labeled. It was somewhat easy to put together. The canopy was hard to put on and doesn’t stay put. I contacted the seller about the seat stitching coming apart after 1 use with no response. It does seem to hold the weight it states.

My son and I put it together in under an hour. It needs to be weighed down or secured somehow. we had to pick it up after blowing over several times. We eventually weighed it down with sand bags. But, I love it, very comfortable and looks great.
