It is decorated with serpentine shaped top edge details, architectural plinth base, mullioned door elements and a unique, custom bronze lever complete the masterful design. The center bay is open for components with flexible adjustable shelves with tidy behind door storage in the two outside bays. It is finished in a rich, hand applied Chocolate Cherry finish. Simple unfolding assembly takes minutes. You expand the hinged cabinets, install the bottom panels, insert the back panels, and fasten the cabinet top. Then you just install the shelves and attach the door pulls, and you're done!

This piece of disassebied furniture was incredibility well packaged as it should be to survive shipping. The package weighted over 100 pounds and despite the inevitable damage to the exterior packaging, the fine finish on all or the pieces was completely protected. Yes, we had quite a pile of packing materials to dispose of once we unpacked it but that it the price to be paid to insure the arrival of a perfect piece. Assembly was very easy, taking a little over an hour in our cramped living room. The assembly was fairly intuitive if you have ever assembled furniture before. Just knowing where the various hardware pieces went as shown in the illustrations was enough to get the job done. I've purchased and assembled numerous items during my life and have to say that this piece of furniture is the most well designed piece of furniture I've ever assembled. Well engineered and looks great! No one would ever know this piece was not delivered assembled and I'm sure about half the price of a similar piece in a furniture store. On this piece of furniture, simply spread the front and back apart on its hinged center panels, slide in the shelves and sides, lay the top in place and install four (4) bolts, then attach the door pulls and you are done! 15 minutes and the results are wonderful. ... show more

    • Great value, EASY assembly
This came well packaged, slight cosmetic damage to one interior shelf, but placed a component on it so it didn't really matter. Easy to unpack and a breeze to assemble-I did it by myself in less than 30 minutes-hardest part was screwing on the top, because your doing it a bit blind, but a little patience and it was done. I don't know why other manufacturers don't follow suit on this concept-it was a major factor in my decision to purchase. Directions were straightforward-do it in the order stated and it keeps the unit squared. I am downsizing to a condo, so storage and multiple use furniture is important. I was concerned that this wouldn't quite meet my needs, but I was not disappointed. One thing to be aware of, the surface can scratch easily-I was a little careless inserting my receiver and I damaged the veneer- but I was able to repair it so its not as noticeable. Looks like a more expensive piece of furniture. I was considering spending more the double the cost on another item I didn't really like any more than this one. Glad I didn't- I'm using the savings for another piece to make my new space more functional, and attractive. ... show more

After scouring the Web for a new TV stand that could also house my AV Receiver and other electronics, I came across the Leick Bella Maison. I bookmarked the web page and continued my search for the perfect TV stand. Most of what I saw was unattractive, or too large. So, I came back to the Bella Maison. The assembly was a breeze, thanks to the clear assembly instructions. At first, I was concerned the stand wouldn't be sturdy enough, but as I added more and more pieces the stand became sturdier. It’s very hard to order furniture online that you’ve not yet seen in person. We usually have to rely on others reviews for the product. That’s why I’m taking the time to give this a 5 star review! First the price was excellent for the great quality you get! This arrived in 2 days and was packaged very carefully. We took it out of the box and were able to put it together in less than 15 mins! My 16 year old daughter and I had it put together before my husband got home and he was very impressed. It’s so simple to put together. This comes exactly as advertised. Most of the wood is solid with only a couple MDF pieces. It looks good. Its solid. It fits any standard AV Receiver or component in the center section. I have a Marantz 1711. No regrets.

I really like the media center. It arrived well packaged and was the easiest assembly we have ever done. Probably took less than an hour to unpack and have fully assembled. Everything slides together and four screws hold the top on the base. The doors are already attached to the base. My husband said it is the easiest piece that he has ever assembled.
