I've been using this for about a year as a pre-workout, taking prior to the gym or mountainbike ride. Is this going to give you superpowers? Um, no. Of course not. Is it going to give a substantial boost in energy, focus and drive? It does for me. I've tried 3 different flavors, and I keep coming back to the Blue Razz. Mixes really easily and well, tastes kind of like a blue popsicle, and no chemical aftertaste (like some pre-workouts have, in my experience). I've tried other pre-workouts from other companies over the years (BSN, Kaged, Jym, etc all quality stuff, mind you) and this one has been my overall favorite (possibly only because Kaged is $$$). Walmart used to carry this. Once they stop, I turned to Amazon. Great pre workout. I’ve used it for over 2 years. Other companies charge 50%+ more $ for a similar product. They aren’t worth the extra $.

I was very surprised when I first tried this preworkout. You see I'm someone who has always used brands like PreJym, BuckedUp, 1UP, Gorilla Mode etc but surprisingly this preworkout is just as good as the brands which cost twice as much as it does and it gives me enough strength and energy to do a 90 min workout lifting weights a little cardio and definitely powers me through a bodyweight workout any day ... show more

I tried the blue raspberry flavor, it's fine, I can drink the whole shaker without feeling like throwing up. Oh my God this stuff is insane though. If you need something to get you going this is where it's at, nothing comes close.

This stuff is a good value. I will say after 15 days my body sort of got used to it so I had to add in additional caffeine, BUT it’s a good pre-workout and has fueled some awesome pumps.

This product works great! I bought it with the intention of boosting my motivation to workout and get in shape again, which will be it's main purpose. However, I have inattentive ADHD, and let me tell you, my living room/kitchen was messy as hell before I had a dose of it, and this stuff gave me the focus and energy to clean it all up. It was messy for at least a few months until now, but damn does this stuff do its job! Definitely start with only 1 scoop until you're sure of it's effectiveness on your body. The flavor is alright, it does taste like blue raspberry with a slight taste of that supplement taste, but it's still pretty good. I would also definitely recommend eating something before you take any, as it worsens an empty stomach. But that's typical for pre-workout I think. 10/10 definitely recommend this stuff! ... show more
