Just recently purchased and assembled the Sunny Zephyr Air Bike for my daughter. For the price, this is an excellent piece of equipment. It is well made and easy to assemble. While not super heavy duty, it can support up to a 240 pound individual. For the average individual, it is more than adequate for what it is intended to be used for. With the exception of the fan noise that is produced when using the bike, it is very smooth and quiet in its operation. There is no chain noise or rattling as mentioned in other similiar products that I read about when shopping and reading the reviews. The seat is padded very well and should not be a problem for most people. It is also easily adjustable. When tightened down, there is also no wobble in the handle bars. They have a solid feel and are well cushioned. The metal cage surrounding the fan is very well made. The bike can also be easily leveled and kept from wobbling by turning the end caps on the rear stabilizer. My only complaint is not with the bike as much as it is with the instructions. For the most part, the instructions are fine but the diagrams should be larger. A magnifying glass is needed sometimes so you can see clearly what needs to be done. This was a bit of an irritation when installing the foot pedals and trying to see exactly which way the bearing was to be installed. It is in there but it is very difficult to see. I found the written instructions to be of little help in this step. Everything else in the instructions is fine. Make sure that when you install the computer post to the frame that you pull the wires back up into the post from the top so you don't smash the wire onto the frame when you install the post. All in all, this is an excellent piece of equipment. If you are looking for a good excercise bike, you will not be disappointed in this product. I used an assault bike for 2 years and owned an echo bike for 3. I like chain air bikes better for endurance and they also do hiit well. I don’t think the echo bike is well suited for long endurance for me so I sold mine. This thing seems to have the exact same drivetrain as the assault bike classic. It has more trim covers to protect it. The monitor seems to work fine; I got much better contrast on it once I put a fresh set of batteries in it. The calorie count is quite stingy. Kind of like the echo. The arm handles are nice and tight. The pedals are a little narrow and seem to be threaded non standard so I couldn’t put mtb pedals on it. Resistance feels exactly the same as the assault bike. The seat is perfect. It’s a good buy at $400. There’s plenty of other options at $670. One week use update: the bike is awesome, it got smoother as the miles went on. The pedal slips off my shoes and so I put a 9/16 mtb pedal on and it’s much better. Helped the crank Q factor narrow a little bit too which was good. ... show more

A nice looking air bike. Seems to be pretty durable. The seat and handles are adjustable. Very functional. One drawback is the seat. It isn’t very comfortable and while it looks level I have a feeling of slipping forward on it. I have grown used to it and it doesn’t bother me as much. I may still get a cover or cushion for the seat. It is easy to use and provides good resistance. The display is somewhat hard to read under low lighting. So far, this bike is great. It was a little sticky to put together, literally, watch the pedals, but pretty straight forward to assemble. The left pedal is left handed torque, so what you normally would do to loosen or tighten is opposite what you think and can be frustrating. The second place that was sticky is when taking the seat post out of the main frame to make it taller. Put some muscle in this. It wants to stick. Also, the nut tightener/screw driver is best for tightening the nuts there. Figured that out after a while. The bike itself is sturdy enough, light weight and will do the job. I am looking forward to more exercise with this incorporated! Edit: I love the bike, love it. It's light-weight and perfect for where and how I used it: in the garage for in between sets sprints. Make sure to tighten the bolts at the bottom tight so it feels more secure, and learn how to use the modes on the screen for optimal performance. I have ridden two other brands of air-bikes and I really enjoy the price and the weight of this bike. It's so easy to move around for use and storage. Perfect, perfect find. ... show more

I received the bike and put it together upon receiving it. Putting together was easy. However when i began to use it the tension was getting harder on it's own and was making noise. I called the manufacturer, who said the tension belt must be off. Over the phone the representative had me take the cover off to inspect the belt. The belt was still attached. The REP told me to take the belt off and ride the bike without it. The noise was still there but there was no tension. The rep related the fan must be bad and said I had two options. First option was they would send the fan parts and new tension belt and have me fix over the phone with a REP. Second was send the Bike back for a refund, since I was in the window of the Amazon Policy for a refund. I elected to take the refund because , I don't think I should have to rebuild a new bike. I do not recommend this Bike because it was a new Bike and was poorly made. I rated it 1 star because you cannot rate a product without selecting a star. I give it a ZERO. ... show more

Very easy to put together, and the bike gives a way better workout then my recumbent. I took off 2 stars for different reasons. First, the plastic on the bike that protects the chain came cracked and broken in some spots. Too much of a hassle to repackage and send bike back, and it didn't mess with the functionality of the bike so I overlooked that. Second, the seat is very uncomfortable. I mean very very uncomfortable. I bought a padded seat with it because I did read the reviews, but even with that it still is uncomfortable. That being said, for the price and the quality of a workout this bike gives you, it is money well spent. Definitely oil the chain before use, and maybe once a month or every 2 months so nothing sticks. ... show more
