I received this massage chair for a Mother's Day gift this year and overall I really like it. I received it way earlier than predicted and it was not too difficult to assemble, it came it two huge boxes one heavier than the other. Thank God I was home because, the UPS guy took it to my neighbor's door and was walking off when I told him wrong apartment. Anyway, had just a small problem when it was finally together..it wouldn't turn on so, I called the customer service # in the back of the instruction book, no one answered right away but, we did receive a phone call back within some minutes. The guy said to check the hoses and if it still doesn't turn on, take the box off the back and make sure everything is connected because, through the travel sometimes something may come loose...well that's exactly what it was the blue connector in the back of the box was not connected after that...Boom it turned on and happiness every since. : ) It looks very nice and is well quality made and sturdy. It gives a good relaxing massage...the head, leg and foot massages are my favorites. Only thing is I wish the foot massage massaged the toes but, it doesn't seem to reach that far up. Also, it doesn't seem to massage the neck but, that's okay because, that's hardly an issue for me anyway however, I wish it had a little better neck support...I'll take care of that with a neck support pillow also after reading a ton of reviews I seen where some were saying that the back massage can be a little rough especially during first few times of use. They were right because, the next day my lower back and tailbone was sore but, on the reviews it was recommended that you use a folded towel or some type of padding. Tried it and it worked out perfectly, now I can enjoy my massage experience without the slight pain of the rollers. I love the heat function as well and the blue-tooth music quality of the chair is awesome and top notch. The music comes from within the chair and it's good quality and clarity...really loving this feature as I put mine on nature sounds and lay back in full zero gravity and relax. Family members came over yesterday for Memorial Day and they all tried out the massage chair and everyone of them loved it. They thought I was fortunate to get such a nice gift as this massage chair. After adding a folded towel for my back to the chair, a neck support pillow and just getting to know my chair overall I love it. Very nice massage chair for the money and relaxing. I was very hesitant to buy this product wondering if a zero-gravity massage chair can be any good and reliable at this price range. After the first purchase, I canceled my order. After a long time of research about the reviews and comparison with other products, I again concluded that this chair might be the best choice at this price range but this product was not in stock. So I went to the Real Relax web site and found out that Real Relax's own available date was much later than Amazon's, so I chose another brand massage chair available right away. Yet, I continued to read reviews and came after the purchase and came to a conclusion again that, even though Real Relax chair would come much later, this chair might be the best choice for me, so I canceled the order of another brand. After the order of this chair, to my surprise, their shipment was right away and delivery through FedEx was very accurate and received the chair a week earlier. Assembly wasn't hard and the product included a few spare parts. We have four adult people in our family and all liked it. One good thing is that after 2 rounds of Auto massage, we fell asleep. That means, it is relaxing and very comfortable to sit in for several hours with or without operation. How long I can use the chair without a problem, I don't know, but I think after reading the one-star reviews, I think the company is at least responsive to the problems and complaints, it gave me a confidence and a peace of mind that the company is not a ghost company. I hope Real Relax does well in this business to provide better confidence to its new customers because I once felt some risks and should have made a hard decision when I was making this final purchase. After arrival, when we unpacked it, we noticed a little rusted bolt outside and worried if this product was a refurbished one since it came so early, but as we were assembling the chair, this worry melt away and so satisfied with its newness. I hope to write another review maybe about 6 months or when the one year warranty expires, I am not sure whether I am qualified to say this at this moment with this new product, but this chair seems very reliable and very stylish, and the speaker installed in the chair seems to be of very good quality. For now, we are so happy and grateful that zero gravity massage chair is available at this price range and appreciate Real Relax's business. We really needed this chair and made a hard decision to invest this much and we are so satisfied and it helps a lot with our physical hardships. Please keep it up and help your customer who needs this kind of chair but can't afford 5k or 10k chair. I think and believe you are doing a great job with this. Thank you. It is now a month of use. I used it every day, no, several times a day, and there has been always a fear that this product will go wrong because of the bad reviews about it and my heavy use of it. Anyway, it now becomes indispensable to my tiredness of the body. Yes, it went wrong with the foot massager, the seam of the cloth over the foot massager is torn, but that is no big deal, still no difference in the massaging function, and anytime I can fix it by stitching it. But after a month's heavy use, it gives me a sense of reliability, and the fear is almost gone. But it is now only a month. Let me see it after half-year use. ... show more
