First off, I must say this is an excellent value--I think. We have had it for a few weeks and we are having trouble with water logged cushions and fading, but the company has been great to work with and promises to fix our issues. It seems we got a "bad batch" of cushions. Luckily, they are under warranty for the first year, so we are covered. I ordered the red cushions. They look a little bit orange, but I'm praying the new ones they send have a true red color. I will repost when issues are resolved. Still, customer service has been easy to deal with and seems accommodating. It's nice to have a real phone number and human to work with on the other end! ... show more

I received this set a couple of weeks ago. It's a very nice set, I searched and read reviews everywhere to find the best set and decided to go with Ohana Depot. After having a few parties with this set, I could honestly say that everyone loves it. It has a very nice look to it and its very sturdy albeit lightweight. It's easy to move the chairs and footrest around. The set comes with sturdy clips that hold the chairs together in whatever arrangement you would like. We sat 10 people comfortably on the set(using the footrests as seats). The only problem was that I wished that I had ordered the package set that came with the 8 dining room chairs and 2 pool lounge chairs. I was hesitant to order the big package until I saw the quality with my own eyes. Basically I would of paid for this 10 piece set and 9 pc dining room set and received the lounge chairs for free. I called Ohana Depot but they could not give me the discount as if I bought the package because of shipping costs, understandable. So if you are looking for a dining room set also, I would go ahead and get the package so you can get the discount. Two issues that I did notice, the cushions on the footrests move around very easily, I am still trying to figure out a way to get them to stay put. I might just buy some velcro and try to get it to stick in a few places but not sure if that would work. Another issue that I could possibly see arising is the cushions getting flat, it is a patio set so the cushions are thinner so they can dry quicker but I could see the need to replace the padding in the cushions in the future(easily done since they are zippered covers). Overall i'm really happy with this set and would definitely buy it again. ... show more

IMHO this set is ok. The price for the quality is a fair one. You can certainly buy much, much better outdoor furniture with deeper cushions and more comfortable characteristics. The trade off , however, is that those more comfortable sets can cost north of 15K. 15K is way too much for furniture sitting outside on a deck exposed to the elements. That said, the 2k+ price tag of this set is a fair bargain. The chairs and couch are on the small side and narrow. If you are big, this set will be ok, but nothing to brag about as other reviews have stated. You won't be embarrassed by this set, just level seting your expectations that you are not buying lavish outdoor furniture. ... show more

We purchased this deck furniture in April 2015 so we are entering our fifth summer and we love this product. The frames are still in as good a shape as new; even though they’ve been outdoors uncovered for 4 plus years! And they’ve endured plenty of snow, frost, rain and heat. The frames are very sturdy and somehow dirt doesn’t seem to accumulate on the frames . The cushions have held up very well and are comfortable. I’ve not sprayed them with anything to prevent color fading from the sun. However I have been very diligent about storing the cushions in a weather proof box made by Suncast when we’re not using them. The cushions do absorb water if caught in the rain which requires an hour or more of drying in the sun. That’s why I always put the cushions away after use. I recently started keeping just a few cushions in a stack on the frame covered by a tarp that I pull off when it’s hit me alone on the deck. But just this week I got from Ohana waterproof cushion liners. I’m gonna see if that’ll allow me to keep the cushions out even if it rains. By the way Ohana customer service is top notch. I contacted them about waterproof liners and they responded quickly and helpfully. I also contacted them when I first bought the product with a question and they were prompt and helpful then too. ... show more

    • Very nice wicker furniture set!

We ordered this 10 piece set with the red cushions and so far have been pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort of the furniture. The delivery service was great with each piece of furniture very well packed (no damage noted on any of the boxes after delivery either). The sectional sofa was very easy to set up and took no more than ~5 minutes or so (sturdy plastic clips attach at the bottom portion of the legs to hold the sectional pieces in place). The cushions are very comfortable, and while they do not have any direct attachment to the wicker pieces, the seat and back cushions do have aligning velcro strips to help hold them together. (We've not had any problems with the cushions sliding much or coming off of the furniture to this point, but this set won't see heavy use until the weather warms up a bit.) Two takeaways you might not be able to pick up from the pics: the seats are a bit lower to the ground than they might appear, and they are also a bit larger than I was anticipating - plenty of room/ comfort for 6 feet+ family members that have tried them out. (The couch is also plenty large/ comfortable enough for a napping spot!) You can also request any of the cushion colors in your order if you do not see the exact cushion/ furniture combo you want listed on Amazon. We ordered this cream colored set but requested the red cushions in our order notes (I also called Ohana to confirm) and we had no issues getting this taken care of. ... show more

Easy to assemble and lightweight to rearrange. Seats are comfortable. It does come with a lightweight cover. If you don’t have it covered, a little rain will bead up to brush off. A larger amount will soak in and make the cushions very heavy and take a long time to fully dry out.
