The chairs are as advertised as far as appearance and design are concerned. But, their tolerances at the factory leave a little to be desired. The chair wobbles because the legs are a little off. The plastic feet that screw into the bottom would probably scratch your floor if it's wood or inexpensive vinyl and the holders for the feet hammered into the bottom of the legs were all set a varying depths and angles. Only one of the 8 legs had the holder straight in and flush. I had to remove all of them and put soft pads on the bottom of the legs and that's when I found out about the slightly off length of the legs. A little more care at the factory would go a long way. ... show more

I bought this chair for my bedroom. The blue color is beautiful and it seems sturdy. The seat is comfortable and cushiony, but the back has a lot of give to it and when you press your back against it, it sounds like there is tissue paper inside of it. I would have preferred if it was a little firmer on the back and didn't make that noise. The customer service is great - on the bottom of one of the legs, the screwed in plastic leveler was broken when it arrived, and when I filled out an online form to describe the problem, they sent me a new one, which arrived in just a few days. I had a difficult time trying to find a chair in the color I wanted. These did not disappoint. I assembled them myself while my husband was out doing yard work. It's a little tedious, but not bad once you finish the first 1. I can't comment on durability as I just got them. As for swatches, the company does not send any out, but the photos are pretty spot on. You can see my printout on the chair seat in my pic. I think it would have been an exact match if I had not blown up the pic so much. ... show more
