This rug was PERFECT for my back hall entry way. I bought the 30'x45" size. It was low, so the door could clear it, but the rubber backing held it in its place. Granted, I haven't washed the rug yet, but it appears to be perfect for the space it is serving. The pile is low so it looks like it will shake out when it's time to be cleaned. I did a lot of online searching for the size and the style of rug I needed, and I hit the jackpot on this rug. In fact, I bought two of them, one for back hall, one for base of the basement stairs. Very nice rug! It's a low pile which is what I wanted so the robot vacuum can easily go over it. No odor (I've seen reviews on this for other companies) , shipping was very fast, looks and feels like good quality. Love the distressed look. Unfortunately my 100lb German Shepherd got sick and had an accident on it only 2 days after I laid it down (of course!!). I was super bummed, but everything cleaned up so well. The rug didn't absorb or hold the mess, it came right off. Rugs that are cushy or high pile certainly would have held the mess making me want to throw it out. I have never had a rug clean up so well with no lasting signs/marks/stains of what happened. I am already planning to buy some more for other rooms. ... show more

The color faded as expected after having it so long and washing it almost weekly but what stands out is the quality for the value. The rugs are not too thick and nicely anti-skid. Meaning they are not a tripping hazard like my previous ones. They unrolled from the shipping bag and immediately laid flat.
