The rugs are not too thick and nicely anti-skid. Meaning they are not a tripping hazard like my previous ones. They unrolled from the shipping bag and immediately laid flat. This is not a thick, high quality rug, but I love the color and design. I have purchased several of these thinner, rubber backed rugs for around the house and they work well for us. I buy plush, nicer rugs in larger sizes for big rooms, but these are perfect to go near doors, beds, or in the laundry room, where doors have to clear the floor and wouldn't make it over a thick rug. We have all tile or wood floors so the rubber backing keeps them in place. This rug is a reasonable price and will fit your needs if you have reasonable expectations. ... show more

Very nice rug! It's a low pile which is what I wanted so the robot vacuum can easily go over it. No odor (I've seen reviews on this for other companies) , shipping was very fast, looks and feels like good quality. Love the distressed look. Unfortunately my 100lb German Shepherd got sick and had an accident on it only 2 days after I laid it down (of course!!). I was super bummed, but everything cleaned up so well. The rug didn't absorb or hold the mess, it came right off. Rugs that are cushy or high pile certainly would have held the mess making me want to throw it out. I have never had a rug clean up so well with no lasting signs/marks/stains of what happened. I am already planning to buy some more for other rooms. ... show more

The rug is beautiful, low pile which is what I wanted. The rug is a bit lighter color which concerns me with my dog, just blocking her from it when it’s wet outside. The color is perfect teal and matches wonderfully! Great rug for the money
