  • I got the chocolate 8 by 10 . This rug is amazing quality!
Color: Chocolate Size: 8 ft. x 10 ft.
This rug is beautiful! I just moved into our new town house. I have a 15 month old daughter and I'm 8 months pregnant with our son and have cream colored carpet. (Not a good mix lol) this rug is perfect and very versatile. I usually don't write reviews but I purchased this rug going by reviews and I'm so happy I did. Only thing I noticed, in the reviews people are not saying which rug they have. Being that their are different color options I figured it would be helpful to say which rug you have in your photos. I got the chocolate rug. Colors are gray, ivory/cream, coffee & dark brown mixture, and taupe. I got the 8 by 10 and I absolutely love it. The conners go flat pretty quickly which is great. I just went over them with the vacuum a few times . Rug is super soft and amazing quality. I'm very happy with my purchase and 110 bucks for a 8 by 10 area rug of this quality is an absolute steal ! Get the rug, you won't be disappointed. ... show more

  • Beware the chocolate is actually black!
Color: Chocolate Size: 4 ft. x 6 ft.
I purchased this rug in 4 by 6 size in the chocolate color and while it is not anything spectacular it is definitely a good bang for your buck. I purchased it for my gym room to place over my rubber mats. I'm currently doing a program that uses sliders and they do not work on the rubber mats and I'm afraid that overtime that if I use them on my hardwood floors overtime they will damage. So I purchased this to use and for the price I could not be happier. That being said, the chocolate color is anything--but. The real colors in the chocolate rug are black, a taupe color (greige?) a grayish blue color, and cream. The edges are black. There is no brown at all in this color. It actually works out better for my space being that my equipment and my mats are black and I have gray curtains. But please keep that in mind if you were looking for brown and this is not the rug for you. It is definitely not high quality but it is soft under foot and does not shed. I used weights on the edges to get it to lay flat and I do not anticipate it being a problem. I would recommend that it is rolled differently in the packaging to prevent this issue. And I would highly recommend that the manufacturer renames their colors or is more specific about the colors of each rug. Chocolate should be named black!! ... show more

  • Good value when compared to others, but you do have some downsides
Color: Ivory Size: 6 ft. x 9 ft.
So, the rug definitely looks nice in person. The price is at least 1/2 of what others charge for an area rug this size. It doesn't look cheap, but it's definitely cheap. My application of this rug is to lay down in my room and put some furniture on top to weigh it down so I have an area that's protecting the white carpet underneath from the furniture and from me rolling around on it with my computer chair. The downsides I've found are: 1. It smells. Like, I've had it for almost 2 weeks now and the sorta chemically smell won't go away. I'm going to try sprinkling some baking soda on it and leaving it sit, then vacuuming to see if that will go away. It still comes through the two air purifiers I keep running constantly in this room, so that says something. 2. It will not lay flat. I swear I've tried everything to get this to lay flat. I've kinda given up since I have to move a dresser, a computer desk, a chair, and a bed to try and flatten it out again. It's wavy. I've considered getting some carpet tape to see if I can put that round the edges but also don't want to damage the carpet below it. That's kind of the point of my purchase. 3. It's thin. Now, I expected it to be thinner than other rugs, but it's like 1/4" thick. I thought it'd be closer to 1/2" thick. That's probably why it bunches and curls and won't lay flat. 4. I ordered the 6' x 9' and while the 9' is just about dead-on, it's like 3" longer on the 6' side. That messed with my original room arrangement plan. I measured enough to know that dead-on 6'x9' would work perfectly. Now I had to involve my bed in the "furniture that goes on top" which it was supposed to fall short of my bed frame legs. All this said, it might work better in other applications. Maybe one that you're only putting a coffee table in the middle? Maybe laying it on hardwood would work out better? Now I'm just thinking that this was a waste and I'm too tired of moving furniture around to get it to work so I just have a bunched up, wavy carpet in my room. Not really ideal and maybe I'll get sick of it and move it somewhere else, but I wouldn't purchase again for this application. ... show more

  • Beautiful rug
Color: Chocolate Size: 8 ft. x 10 ft.
I love this rug. Great quality and very soft. The rug doesn't have a backing on it, but it is ok as we are using it on top of carpet.

  • Quality Versitile Rugs Bought 5
Color: Ivory Size: 6 ft. x 9 ft.
I bought an 8x10 of the Ivory colour several years ago and was extremely impressed by the quality. After years of searching, I found this rug again and quickly bought a 6x9, and 3 runner rugs 2"8"x8. Here a few Pro tips to help you get the rugs perfect. First, they ship rolled up and yes it takes some time for the rugs to resume a flat shape. Patience is the key. Ingenuity is the door. Unroll rugs and place them upside down on the floor. Place books, heavy boxes of pasta(this is what I had on hand) on the corners. Eight hours post-delivery and placed upside down on the floor, the rug corners were flat. Leave the rug upside down for a few more days before flipping if needed. These rugs are designed to be thin so chairs can move easily, for example, under my dining table. In the living area, I paired the rug with a felt carpet pad for a softer feel. ... show more

  • Stinky cheap looking mess
Color: Chocolate Size: 8 ft. x 10 ft.
This rug came and we brought it in the house and unrolled it. The end was wet all the way through from the cardboard cap on the end to the middle of the rug and it had a moldy musty smell. We decided we would just open it up and let it dry out. Maybe it would be ok? No. This thing was moldy and had that nasty chemical carpet like smell. We left it for a week or more and it just took up space in the basement and stunk up the house. It never finished off-gassing. The rug is hard and stinky and really looks cheap. It looks great from a distance but up close I was super disappointed. So we returned it. I don't know how the reviews are so good on this when it stinks so bad. Maybe mine was stored improperly or something but definitely would not recommend. ... show more
