Never had a house not square, so must be the rug is not rectangle, if you look at pic, one end dead up aganist wall, but then on end there is a 1+ inch gap that tapers to perfect fit on runner divifing dining room from living room, took a measurement of each end, one end is 59 1/2 inches, other end tic over 59 3/4 inches, so looks stupid with gap tapering down as you see in pic, feel ripped off and being OCD just layed it down after receiving yesterday and just keep staring at the gap and not the rug...VERY disappointed :( update, I gave wrong measurement, problem is length, one end is 1/2 inch SHORTER than other end giving me the 1/2 inch difference between dining room and living room divider...amazon issuing replacement, hope it's better QC. ... show more

This is a great rug! It works perfect with the beautiful new coffee table I also purchased from amazon. I do wish it was a little bit thicker that is why I gave four stars.
