This transformed my son and his room! I wish I had taken a before pic to show the disarray his room was in before he got this. Now, everything is neat, in it’s place and easily accessible. A couple of cuss words were used against it while putting it together solo, but that's more my personality than actual item flaw. The cubbies are perfect size for storing all sorts of things. The box was damaged when my shelves arrived, so it was no surprise that some of the plastic bins inside were damaged also. I called the Humble customer service number included in the box and was immediately connected to a representative. Upon hearing my situation, she immediately sent out replacements, and since 1 color of bin was not in stock, an additional bin of another color. Today, 2 weeks later, I received the out of stock colored bin . This is excellent customer service! For the cost, you can't ask too much. It holds kids toys, and will likely be damaged by kids if they aren't careful. If a 35lb child hangs off one of the bars, it's gonna break, just about guaranteed. It doesn't feel like the sturdiest thing in the world but it does hold a lot of toys. I only wish it were slightly taller, an extra inch or two between each "shelf" would have been a nice addition. Tall toys can really only fit in the top bins. It does look nice and cleaned up the play room so at the end of the day, I'm happy.
