  • Good trampoline **Impressed a year later!
I put this up in January, it is now June, no problems so far. Kids love it, it is really easy to move around the yard as needed. No complaints! (just past) 1 Year update** February 8, 2018 This trampoline is going strong. I live in Iowa, we have maybe 10 inches of snow right now. The kids were out on the trampoline within the last week. They got a tiny hole in the net sometime last summer, but they do that. We have had no injuries, no bending frames or failing springs. The trampoline itself is in perfect condition and still gives great bounces. This was a great choice! ... show more

  • Excellent Trampouline - Highly Recommended.
This is an EXCELLENT purchase, and my kids love it. The trampoline is really quite easy to put together and is very well made. I would recommend this purchase to anybody, and it is very much worth having. A 16-foot circular trampoline for 400 dollars and some change?? For the money, you just can't beat it! We are VERY satisfied. Any product however, has at least some room for criticism, so here are my criticisms about this product: 1) Although the legs appear to be symmetrical, the instructions don't tell you that it's important to face the legs in the correct direction or else the screw holes won't line up correctly. Even so, it's easy enough to just turn the legs around the correct way and then the screw holes line up just fine. 2) Again regarding the instructions, when I got to the step of installing the rods that hold up the safety net to the legs of the trampoline, the instructions were not very clear on where and how they were to be affixed to the rest of the trampoline.. Looking at the legs (and not the instructions) makes it clear enough though that you have two holes in each leg that line up with two holes in each safety net rod, and that you have to put the plastic stand-offs between the legs and the rods, pass the bolt through the rod, the stand-off and then the leg, place a washer on the back, and then install the nut. There isn't a great deal of bolt thread for the nut to screw onto, but I didn't find any that were too short to be used. In the end, all parts supplied were of adequate size and the product is strong and sturdy when everything is installed properly and tightened up as it should be. 3) Also the spring installation tool that comes with it is weak and it broke (snapped in half) when I was installing the springs, so I had to fashion another installation tool using some metal rod that I happened to have laying around my garage and a torch to heat it up with and to bend the rod into something adequate to grab hold of the springs. Once I did that, I was able to get the springs installed just fine. Would I recommend this product?? ABSOLUTELY! ... show more

  • Great quality!
Style: 15 FT 5 Legs with Ladder
I have owned many trampolines over the last 20 years or so, but I've never spent more than $200. When I saw that this one had a 350lb weight limit, I decided to spend more than I was planning, because my kids are older (ages 11-17). The directions aren't too clear. However, if you've ever put a trampoline together, it isn't hard. Me and my 11 and 13 year old put it together -- no husband required -- in only a few hours. (A ratchet made the job go much faster than the included wimpy wrench.) I have to say, as crazy as it sounds, the thing that impresses me most with this trampoline is how quiet it is!! The last one we had was SO loud, I had to put time restraints on it, as to not bother the neighbors too early or too late. This beauty is absolutely silent! It's sturdy, too. The quality of all parts is amazing! If you are looking for a nice, quiet, sturdy trampoline for older kids, this is the one! ... show more

  • Unsafe Product & no communication from seller
Style: 10 FT 3 Legs with Ladder
I purchased this trampoline 12/17 for my boys to wake up to on Christmas morning. We read the manual, put everything together making sure that our boys would be safe. They bounced away....the heaviest my oldest child is roughly 75lbs. They never rough housed or wore shoes, we had rules and they followed them to a T. So when my son comes in with a spring in his hand, I was shocked. The spring tore the black loop that attaches to the actual trampoline and connects to the padding and blue safety layer above, which tore as well. I immediately told them to stop using it, my son comes to me a couple days later holding 2 more springs the day after a monsoon and a small palm branch had fallen and lay in the center of the trampoline. If springs will tear and pop off from a 2lb branch, I would never trust my children or even my animals to go on it. After numerous attempts (I’m talking over 5), no response except for one from a “Just” saying the office was closed and they would get back to me Monday....that was almost a month ago. I can’t bwlieve that they not only treat their customers this way with their lack of communication, but to risk injury of a child? Now they are fully aware, this item should be recalled, they’ve been warned of the dangers. What an absolutely awful experience and what an ever more horrible company!! ... show more

  • Great trampoline for 200$.
Style: 10 FT 3 Legs with Ladder
We’ve only had the trampoline set up for one day but we love it. We bought the 10ft version. A little on the small side but for my 2 and 5 year old it’s perfect. It’s suprisingly quiet too, no squeaky, squawky springs. Be sure not to lose any parts as they send you *exactly* what you need. No extras. Also, when assembling circular frame to tee peices, make sure the spring holes are facing up, it’s not specified in the instructions and I had to flip it over after getting halfaway thru assembly. Also, it came in 3 boxes, which arrived at separate times. All in all, great trampoline for 200$. ... show more
