So I've had this mattress for.. about 6 weeks and I absolutely love it. I was looking for something taller than the standard 8" Tuft n Needle I had purchased over 4 yrs ago. This fit the bill with being both 12" tall, and under 300 bucks. I figured win/win. It is definitely more on the firm side, so that was a slight change from what I was used to. Feels more like a hotel mattress if that makes sense. It's soft, but firm. The first couple weeks I had to use my lower extremities to fling myself towards the edge because I had "sank" in just a little bit, otherwise I wasn't getting up. I haven't yet rotated it, so that shall be an experience when the time comes, but overall still lighter weight than an inner spring of 12" depth. There is some edge support, if you're putting on socks/sitting briefly before getting up. Longer term side sitting, like 60 min? You're going to want to be stable with a foot on the ground. Overall: 10/10 probably easily one of the best mattresses I've had thus far.. in a year or 2? That may change but at this price point, I'm fine with spending $100 a year on great sleep. ... show more

This review is based on the first night….This bed is firm, to me. It’s ok and will work for the price… I’m on a budget right now so this will have to be it. It’s not really what I’m use to sleeping on. My old bed was 15 inches of memory foam and it was super plush.( I loved that bed but it was very old and time to be replaced) This one is 12 inches of memory foam but FIRM. I like a softer bed. And I thought this would be a soft bed all the reviews said it’s a soft bed, it’s not it’s firm. It’s very qood quality for the price though. I’ll just add some memory foam to it, but as soon as I can get a better bed I will!…..UPDATE! After sleeping on this bed for about a month now. I still find it more firm than I would like but it has softened and I sleep well on it . I never added the memory foam I decided to sleep on the bed for a while and see what happens. So this is it for me as far as a bed is concerned I’m sure it will get more to my comfort level as time goes on. ... show more

6 month post review. We are a couple who purchased the king size of this mattress. My sister purchased it and recommended it, so we purchased it and has now had it for 6-7 months. Pros: -At first, it feels more firm, but it eventually softens -good for side and back sleepers -easy to set up -doesnt have weird scents or anything -good price/affordable -good for those with back problems cons -my only con is that my body imprint is starting to show on my side of the bed. so i can feel/see where i pre-dominantly lay. we may need to turn it around more often, but i just wanted to share. ... show more

Sept. 2, 2023 - This is my first review of the 12" Revive Gel Memory Foam Mattress. It shipped very quickly and arrived in perfect condition. With some help we set it up a week ago and I was so surprised at how quickly it "inflated" - for lack of a better word. My apartment is very tiny so I had to sleep on it the same night and slept so well I was shocked. After sleeping on an older inner spring mattress this felt like heaven. I used to own a Temperpedic mattress 4 years ago but had to get rid of it because it wouldn;t fit in my new place and wanted to try to find something that was close. After doing what seemed like forever doing endless searches, reading reviews and narrowing down loads of memory foam mattresses, I decided to give this one a try. I bought this brand after staying at an airbnb that had it. It is soft on top but nice and firm. It puffed up and filled the cover within 4 hrs. The outer material is very nice. I'm 5'10", 210 lbs and it's very comfortable.

I wanted to LOVE it..I went AMAZON TO READ reviews, BEFORE I CHOSE THIS...... MANY 5 STARS..not too soft, not too hard..? Saw lots of 5 stars. .lots of couples loving it. Then very rare, bad reviews. Some said Way too soft,??? Then lots of Great 5 stars, then .. to another less stars.to 1 star. All the reviews I read 5 stars , said bed raised up fast..too 12 inches , fast..( reason I thought wring bed? then another bad review , Saying way too hard?.. but lots of reviews averaged to almost 5 stars..also AMAZON .. Tagged as Amazon Choice...!!! Again I wanted to love this bed.. Plus not one piece of paper work, came with it, to back up the try it for so many days...or the actual Warantee? Nothing.. I found Company of Bed , on Website to see if they backed up warantee, if I could send them picture of bed next to Ruler to show ..it will never be 12 inches...and ask them if maybe adding 2 inches of missing, softer layer might help? I WROTE EMAIL, SAYING, I DID NOT WANT TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW ..hmmm , I emailed before review..told them I needed help , thinking maybe they accidently sent a 10 inch, firmer bed...the box was hard to get in room, heavy..again I am 71 small old lady..Needed help from injured. No let's work with You.. .they could not answer question, was it just wrong bed, could they maybe send missing softer layer? UCSF. First time I slept on foam was a 5 inch latex just foam topper.. better that any topper of those days..was .used on hospital bed, after that surgery.. that also lost 2 ribs and bottom lobe of right lung... I survived.. But that foam bed topper thick was life saver.. My husband is 6 ft 2, 82 years young. 185lb. Recovering from broken hip. Partial Surgery to replace hip ball. top of femur.., because his socket bone was still good..And a disc into his spinal cord from same fall....just needed to feel like all the reviews claimed. Nit too soft, not too hard. BUT AFTER 7 DAYS ( now 9 days).....WARM HOUSE..IT IS EQUALLY ALL SIDES UNDER 10 INCES,, I ORDERED 12" THE AD on Facebook, SAYS 12" NOT TOO SOFT, NOT TOO HARD......maybe it just needs the 2 INCHES, it is MISSING, with a soft memory foam topper???.. HELP! I TRIED TO FALL ASLEEP..JUST WANT A LITTLE GIVE SO SHOULDER HIP , OR RIBS NOT HURTING...OR SO MY ARM DOES NOT GO DEAD...,, I NEED THIS TO BE BETTER. I LOOKED FOR A MONTH,,, ..READING REVIEWS.
