I've got that girl gamer austhetic going on at my computer desk and this was a perfect addition to my set up. I absolutely love the foot rest, I almost never sit at my desk without it out. I have carpet so I bought a plastic mat which made it so much easier to roll in and out from under my desk. I can't say much about the cushion as I've always had a cat paw pillow to sit on. If I ever need a new one, I'll be sure to buy this one again as it has been super sturdy since I put it together (only needed a little help near the end). Its coming up on exactly 4 years since I bought this chair and IT STILL ROCKS! very comfortable, support in all the right places, sturdy material, strong frame, just a great office chair all around. if I had anything to complain about it would be that the footrest has a tendency to bind when you are trying to stow or extend it because the slides can travel at different rates... but that's really user error and I'd bet some lubricant would probably make it better. anyway, for the price I paid ($120 four years ago), this thing blows away the higher priced name brand ones. so happy my wife bought it for me. and for the record, I'd still pay the $160 they are asking for it today. It was not as comfortable as it was portrayed. It definitely is better than what we replaced, but I don't think that it will last as long as our last chair. Price was right, but I would of spent more to get more comfortable chair. Seller was quick to respond to billing issues, which I appreciated.

The chair is really well built. The only thing I would change on this chair is the foot rest. It seems flimsy and loose. The head rest pillow only goes up to my shoulder blades. I don't use that. The chair is comfortable and nice. I'd buy this again for sure.

I bought my chair in July 2022. In Jan 2023 the welds in the metal base around where the gas cylinder inserts broke so the chair wouldn't even stay upright anymore. To their credit they sent a new metal base and I replaced it and was good to go again. Fast forward to right now, Nov 2023 and the welds broke in the exact same place AGAIN. I'm tired of dealing with this. It's obviously not good build quality. I recommend buyer beware. After I submit this review I'm going to start looking for a new chair elsewhere with better build quality that I don't have to worry about it falling apart every 6-8 months. ... show more

It's good PROS: -cute -cheap -comfy -variety of colors -head rest -back support w vibration (lol massage) -leg rest -locks up n down (hydraulics) -lock leans back -material has never ripped -the wheels have always rolled well CONS: -nothing at first, except the inconvenience of trying to use the back rest with vibration. The cord is short so if you don't have a portable charger to plug it into, it will be difficult to use. -arm rests hurt elbows, had to purchase soft cover -eventually the arms bowed and the screws board out so the arms wobble. My husbands chair arms completely detached on the bottom after 2 years. -the hydraulic function failed husbands chair 2nd year, mine year 3rd year. -seat wore out within a year of husbands purchase and mine is still good but I use a pillow (in pic) -year 3 my chair tilts forward and to the right -the leg rest occasionally rolls out and hits your legs, it needs a lock function -the metal pieces that hold the leg rest seem weak and I fear they will break one day. I am a chunky girl, over 200lbs, my husband is only 175lbs or something. We game frequently and I work on the computer so the chairs are used daily. I really fell in love with this chair when i first saw it. It was good for what I paid, 150$ or so. It has lasted a few years. Hope this review helps, I just like helping people figure out what they want, and they deserve! ... show more
