I tried 2 other nature's miracles, and 2 other bissel products and could not get that cat urine smell out. I pre-treated, waited 5 minutes, then used the carpet cleaner, and the smell is gone. This stuff is amazing! Please not, it is only made for upright cleaners, but I used it in my bissel 2458 spot cleaner and it worked great!. I highly recommend this product. ... show more

This worked well on my carpets where to thdogs and cats had haved accidents. Definitely takes the smell out too!!! And kept them from making more for a few weeks, until one of them had another accident

This product is one of the only ones that has removed my pet odors! make sure you have a good quality carpet shampooer to get deep in your carpets. Had and older shampooer when I first tried this product and it just masked the smell for a few days, but after purchasing a new shampooer the odor is gone!!! ... show more
