This is a comfortable & good looking chair! It showed up earlier than expected! While unboxing I noticed a piece was missing. I reached out to the seller & they responded apologizing for the mistake, also sent out the missing piece over night all within a 24hr period! The missing piece arrived not even 48hrs after I reach out to them! It was a really easy process! The chair went together easily also took me maybe 30 mins using a drill instead of the hex tool it comes with! The chair lays fully back, and with the leg rest you could almost sleep in it if you wanted to haha. The only complaint I have is the chair doesn’t rock, that is why one difference I would make! Other than that it’s a perfect work from home everyday chair! Even my cat loves it lol ... show more

I bought this chair to replace a 2 year old office chair that wasn't up to the task of my gaming and home office needs. The chair arrived quickly, and while the box had some wear and tear from shipping, the contents of the box were well packed and in perfect condition. I unpacked the box, looked over the instructions, and set about building this new cradle for my derriere. The instructions are very clear, well drawn line illustrations with no text other than a parts list and number identifiers. It took me about 40 minutes to put the chair together, and most of the time I felt as if I was assembling an easy lock Transformer. The chair is chonky, and the heft of it lets you know that it means business. The heft helps give the chair stability, something that I appreciate. After completing the build, I had the chair sitting in my dining room, and I tried it out for a few minutes, testing the lever functions for chair height and reclining. I never once felt off balanced as I reclined the chair, even without the footrest extended. Once I did extend the footrest, and leaned back to fully relax.... This chair knew that I had done a good job building it. Like I was with myself, the chair was proud of me. It held my reclined form and cooed softly in my ear. It whispered sweet, breeze-like sounds of adulation into my soul. what had started as a momentary test of some furniture's strength and stability turned into almost an hour and a half of this chair holding me gently as the craziness of this world, if but for a moment, drifted away. This chair is comfy, folks. I've got a regular recliner in the living room, and I gave serious thought to replacing it with this chair. It's incredibly well padded, and the frame itself is extra wide. I'm a short, dense, stocky dude, and this chair was up to the task of keeping me aloft without complaint. The chair is rated for 330 pounds, and at 250, I'm well within those specs with no fear whatsoever that there will be a stress failure. The chair comes with detachable lumbar and neck pillows that do the job, though I find if I'm sitting up straight, I don't want the neck pillow. If I'm reclined, the lumbar and neck pillows are added comfort. I paid full price plus shipping for this chair, and I was afraid I'd have buyer's remorse once I got it assembled. This is not the case. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of the chair, and feel that I paid a fair price for it (I mean, if you can get it for cheaper, why not? But as is, this is a great value). If you're wanting a gaming chair that's sturdy, and has a modern/futuristic look to it, this is a great chair. If you're wanting a chair that you can recline in to watch a movie or listen to music and nap, this is a great chair. If you want a chair that can do BOTH??? You're nuts, but so is this chair, because it can, and does so with aplomb! ... show more

The chair is really well built. The only thing I would change on this chair is the foot rest. It seems flimsy and loose. The head rest pillow only goes up to my shoulder blades. I don't use that. The chair is comfortable and nice. I'd buy this again for sure.

I've got that girl gamer austhetic going on at my computer desk and this was a perfect addition to my set up. I absolutely love the foot rest, I almost never sit at my desk without it out. I have carpet so I bought a plastic mat which made it so much easier to roll in and out from under my desk. I can't say much about the cushion as I've always had a cat paw pillow to sit on. If I ever need a new one, I'll be sure to buy this one again as it has been super sturdy since I put it together (only needed a little help near the end). Its coming up on exactly 4 years since I bought this chair and IT STILL ROCKS! very comfortable, support in all the right places, sturdy material, strong frame, just a great office chair all around. if I had anything to complain about it would be that the footrest has a tendency to bind when you are trying to stow or extend it because the slides can travel at different rates... but that's really user error and I'd bet some lubricant would probably make it better. anyway, for the price I paid ($120 four years ago), this thing blows away the higher priced name brand ones. so happy my wife bought it for me. and for the record, I'd still pay the $160 they are asking for it today.
