This armband was everything I was looking for. I wanted something that would fit my key fob and iPhone X with the case still on. My case is slim, but not ultra-slim. I think that an even thicker case could fit, since the material has some give. I wouldn't think a bigger Otterbox would work though. I have been using this armband several times a week for the past 5 weeks or so, and I have washed it 4 times. Machine wash cold in the gentle cycle. It is holding up great.     • Comfortable for walking/jogging
Holds my cellphone securely with a velcro, although it will slide down even over a t-shirt sleeve. It’s comfortable in my arm while walking/jogging and not dangling on my waist with another contraption. I like the slick design and it fits my cellphone with the UAG protective case, which is good because I dropped my arm band with my cellphone in it while strapping the velcro. I also like that it is waterproof and doesn’t get my sweat on the cellphone. What I don’t like about this product is the strap is short and good for a small arm (or super skinny person or child), and takes a while to put on. It would have been easy to strap on, if the velcro extension strap hook side is longer and stronger (industrial kind) because it comes off easy and doesn’t hold—which needs to be fixed. ... show more

    • Too small for an average guy, extension makes it too long even when adjusted.
The base armband size should be an inch or two longer. With the extension attached, even when pulled as tight as possible, it is too long. I can pull it to the right length, but with it adjusted to the distance I need, one side of the velcro doesn't really meet with the other side. With the extension off, it's too short, it barely fits my forearms. And no, I'm not just adjusting it wrong, I've had many similar armbands in the past, I've had to use extensions before. I've got pretty average sized arms, maybe very slightly above average, but nothing crazy. Seems like a male that has average arms is going to have a difficult time getting this to fit right. If I could get it to fit me, I'd give it 5 stars. It's good material, good design, I like everything else about it. ... show more

    • Don't waste your money!
I purchased this piece of junk so I could slide my iPhone XS Max into it when I go walking. The iPhone is in a very thin Otterbox. The pocket for the phone on the armband is too small to fix the iPhone into without taking it out of the case. Who is going to take their cell phone out of the case every time they want to walk or run with this arm band? Ridiculous. I tried putting it on my arm without the phone in it just see if I could do it and it slides down my arm! I tried putting it around my forearm and it is impossible to fasten without the assistance of another person,. I threw it in the trash. Don't waste your money! ... show more

    • Easy to use, well designed.
Everything about this product is great, including the key holder that fits snugly and doesn’t move around inside whilst on your arm. Never have to worry about my key flying out while on a run. Screen cover is OK, it does what it’s supposed to do, protect the screen from the elements, just what I need it to do. If you have a screen protector on it/phone case it’s hard to use the screen and it is a little unresponsive, but who’s going to be awkwardly trying to use the screen whilst exercising anyway? It’s facing out and away from your body so this is kind easy to access the screen anyway no matter what angle you have it strapped. It’s got plenty of room for even the bulky cases, and headphone jack room if you don’t already have yourself a set of Bluetooth earbuds, AirPods, etc. the extender strap is also easy to easy to attach for those big muscles out there! ... show more

    • Disappointed
I was honestly pumped about this. I was happy about the key holder and the card holder as well. Unfortunately, the excitement didn’t last long. The first few runs I did wearing it I was never able to get the facial recognition to work. I was willing to accept that because I could sort of type in my passcode. Things changed drastically today. I of course still was unable to get the facial recognition to work, but now I couldn’t type in my passcode. Halfway through my run I had to remove my phone from it. I map my runs out everyday and take a lot of different routes. Every once in a while during my run I need to unlock it and check my map. Today’s run was 7 miles and this case did not make the cut at all. I couldn’t even swipe up on it. The case got steamed up and just became useless. For light use it could work out for some people. ... show more

    • Too short or too long

It doesn’t fit my arm at all. I have a medium size arm. Without the extension it’s too short and cuts off circulation in my arm. With the extension it’s so loose it won’t stay on my arm. It left a huge bruise on my arm when I tried to wear it without the extension. Update: struggling to return the band since I wore it to test it out and took off the tags. Also found out that you are supposed to double up the straps to make it fit a medium size arm. (See picture). Obviously they’ve never tried it that way or they’d realize how bulky and cumbersome it becomes. ... show more

    • Questionable quality...
First of all, this armband will do the job, more or less, for most people. I decided to take a shot at this one when I could not find a tried-and-true, albeit more expensive, Belkin option. I remembered why Belkin was superior after the Velcro on this option came off, as well as some of the reflective dots, after washing it the first time (this was before my first run, even). Anyway, not wanting it to be a wasted effort, I used a two-part epoxy to secure the Velcro and have used it and washed it 3x without issue. I will be lucky if this item lasts through the summer because the manufacturer made the mistake of not sewing the Velcro down, in addition to gluing it. All off-brand options seem to make this mistake. At the time of this purchase, the market for decent *looking* options for the iPhone X/XS...so it was kind of a dart throw. Therefore, I was not really surprised by the immediate deterioration of the product after having travelled this path with previous iPhone versions...but I was certainly NOT impressed. Hopefully, the quality will be improved by the maker of this item. ... show more
