    • Great for running and not having to carry your phone in hand or a pocket
I would run originally just holding the phone in my hand but that's not ideal, especially when I'd go running with my dog. The phone feels secured inside and it will fit your arm regardless of how skinny or big they are--it comes with an additional strap in case you have very large arms. It's comfortable and doesn't slide around. Trying to use the phone through the armband is not ideal, obviously, so I'd recommend having your playlist set and controlling volume and next, stop, start etc.. controls through your headphones instead of through the phone. Ideally, bluetooth is the best due to the lack of wires but it will work with wired headphones as the lightning port is accessible. Seeing as this is for the iPhone 7/8, which has an ip67 rating (prevention of dust, protection up to 1m in water for 30 minutes), the case itself isn't going to do much to protect your phone from water or sweat, but the phone itself has that protection built into it. If you're someone who carries their phone in their pocket or hand when you work out, I highly recommend you free your hand up and get this strap. Definitely worth it. ... show more

I guess I’m one of the few people who’s arm is just slightly too big for the small band and too small for the large band add on. I now wear it on my forearm like a futuristic space marine. I get some weird looks on the trail, but I know I’m keeping the galaxy safe, so that’s all that matters.

Worked well for my purposes. It's not the best design out there, but for the price it's pretty darn good. I had just purchased a new iPhone because I'd dropped my last one and shattered its screen while out running. I'd had an armband for a previous phone and decided I needed a new one. It has worked pretty well, but it's not perfect. For the money, I'm very satisfied. Pros: Holds the phone and protects it from being dropped Good interaction with the touch screen Allows use of wired headphones Claims to be waterproof, but can't possibly be... but it did keep some spilled water off my phone Extra pockets for various things you might need Cons: Requires the band extension; you'd have to be tiny to use the standard length arm band! Definitely water resistant, but I can't see how it's actually "waterproof" No cable management for wired headphones Like pretty much every arm band of this type, it was kind-of a pain to put on It came with two band extensions, a short extender and a long one. Using the short extension was perfect for me. If I had bigger arms, the longer extension would be necessary, but I'm not that muscular. It wasn't terribly difficult to figure out, despite what some other comments I've read stated. Overall, not perfect but good value for the money. ... show more

Flimsy material that offers very little cushion when wrapped on the arm. The biggest problem with this arm band design is how the band pinches the skin when looped through the adjustment hole. I could not find balance between loose enough to be comfortable and tight enough not to fall off without pinching the skin around my bicep. I couldn't even make it through one run before needing to take it off and hand carry it for the remainder of the workout. The key pocket is big enough for a single car key remote, but not much else. There is no reinforcement stitching around the key slot, so I would expect it to tear with any real use. Product returned to Amazon, skip this and find something else. ... show more

Don’t buy, unless you’re looking for a flimsy, paper-thin arm band with one of the worst Velcro straps on the market. Who designed this thing? They should be given a job in the print room where they can play with paper products all day. Seriously, wrap your phone in paper towels and tie it to your arm with a bungee cord. The key pocket will hold “a” key, forget your fob or whatever else is attached to it. And the strap is essentially not adjustable because of the Velcro and slot design on the band. And forget any kind of case on your phone, it’ll barely fit in there with your phone without almost ripping it. I was able to put mine in with its Spigen case very carefully, but took 5 minutes to get it out to avoid damaging the band. The designers must have forgotten these weren’t supposed to be single-use. I want a durable, comfortable arm band, one I’ll use several times each week. ... show more

I run every day and this case did well in alllllllll sorts of weather, including pouring rain and soaking sweat. It's not exactly waterproof, but I have definitely gotten it soaking wet with either sweat or with an unexpected downpour, and my phone has survived those (but if I *know* it's going to rain, I put my phone in its case in a ziploc back first and then put it in the armband). Anyway, it works well, it doesn't usually slide down my arm, and I can use my phone well enough to pick a podcast through the plastic without taking it out of the armband, which is nice. After some months of daily use, the velcro did start to pull off the strap, though, which meant it wouldn't stay tight, and the slots where the strap goes in began to rip, so the plastic would sometimes dig into my arms. I contacted the company because I saw they had a lifetime guarantee, and they were great. They responded within an hour and a new armband arrived at my doorstep within two days! I had been using the armband every day for over a year and they still replaced it, no questions asked, no money spent, no hassle at all. Definitely recommend! ... show more
