The band in between the two pieces is way to short and cuts into the columella of your nose making it extremely sore. I trid it several times but within about an hour, I had to remove it because of how much it hurt my nose. I bought a small and it does fit pretty well, unlike some others I tried. It's not something that feels good right away. I've started wearing it an hour before bed so I get used to the feeling before trying to fall asleep, and also to be able to adjust how it's in to get it to fit right. It is soft silicone so there are no hard parts like some nasal dilators, but it feels strange to have something in your nose. Sometimes I wake up to find I took it out during my sleep and put it on my nightstand, or am holding it in my hand, and only once did it fall out (I think I was rolling around on my stomach). But over the few weeks I am finding myself usually waking up with it in and even occasionally checking to see if it's still in place, because I've gotten more used to the feeling. ... show more

These are absolutely the best sinus dialators I have tried and I've tried them all. They stay in my nose at sinus and allow great air flow without slipping out. Well made and they last well. I place them in peroxide in morning then rinse off before wearing at night. Highly recommend this product!!

Well, it technically works. I could definitely breathe better at night! But when I woke in the morning, I had a blister in my nose where it rubbed the septum. Back to the drawing board of trying to find something that works for me.

I have tried many nasal supports. They either fall apart or have magnets in them , which hurt my nose. These are the best. They give you three sizes to try. I use the small but if I needed to I guess I could use the other two sizes. i do recommend for people who have a hard time breathing at night and need their nasal passages opened. ... show more
