Worked fine the first time I used it but after that it wouldn't turn on, let the battery charge overnight but still wouldn't work. I reached out to the manufacturer, and they said it was a bad battery. They sent out a new one but the new one only worked for about 5 mins. I let it charge for a few hours before I tried using it. I let it charge for a few more hours after the failed attempt to use it but still nothing. It's super easy to put together and it works great! It's smaller and more handy than my Bissel. I used it to clean and wax my floors and it worked perfectly! Battery lasts long so I don't have to charge it often. I was able to use it no problem even under the furniture, because of the flexible handle. I had a difficult time getting the mop to spray anything out. After I fiddled with it for awhile it started working. Its not as powerful as I thought it would be.

I need help with someone getting back to me about this product please!!! I’ve tried many times and no body will respond 😖. The sprayer will not work and I’ve done everything that troubleshooting told me to do. Please someone HELP!!! This not an inexpensive product!!!!

So light but well made and well designed. I look cool doing chores! Battery lasts long enough to mop my large house. Delicate discs dont damage my hardwood floors. My friends ask me all the time where I got this cool tool.

I really like the mopping function. It is easy to maneuver. Battery lasts for up to 30 minutes. However the water spray does not work, not one but two of them. I sent in the first one and got a replacement which has the same flaw. I troubleshoot it in all possible ways I can. It still does not work.
