I purchased this product based on size, reviews and price. I knew there would be better quality if I wanted to spend more, but due to my schedule I do not consume large amount of tv. So this seemed perfect. The size is great, It fits nicely underneath my tv on my mantel. Unfortunately the one I received was a bit distorted with music in some shows and movies. I tried all different kinds of work arounds and adjustments but couldn't resolve the problem. I contacted Amazon who put me in touch directly with the supplier. Joanna worked with me and sent a new one promptly. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time and it works perfectly. I like it so much I now listen to Spotify on my tv rather than on Alexa. Sound is much better and I just couldn't be more pleased for the price. This is the front row of the theater experience without having to leave your home! Love it. It's a 10! Booming sound from a small profile. Easy set-up. Turns a ho-hum game, program...you name it, into a woo-hoo! Try it. You won't return it. Great seller.

MUST BUY!! I’ve had some expensive Sound bars in the past and I was just not in the mood to pay over $100 bucks for a good quality sound bar. Let me tell you guys something!! THIS BAR IS ELITE. BASS! SOUND! All of it, I am so impressed. It makes me a little upset that I spent all that money on my previous sound bar, which was a Harmon Audio, and this one is even better if not EQUIVALENT! Crazy I was not expecting this lol. My friend is a Dj and He was also very shocked. Definitely getting another for the bedroom ! 10/10 ... show more

    • Right Speaker Noise at higher Volume+Base. No noticeable 3D sound effect.
This speaker OK for the price, but the One I received gave Noise at higher Volume+Bass on the Right Speaker. Sound quality is medocre level and did not hear any noticeable higher 3D sound effect (while they have said in description it has 3D sound effect) when compared with Polk audio soundbar (they have not said in description it has 3D sound effect) I have. It would give enough loud sound for room of 15 x 15 room. One thing I found out was this sound bar has higher trible and need to minimize the trible to the lowest to not hurt your ears and enjoy bass. Hint: You need to test its bass to findout speakers are good or not. Well, overall, can't complain about its sound quality for the price tag. If your are expecting really high sound quality, this might not be the best for you. I would give this product 4 stars, but they did NOT good job on Final Q.C. test on this product and that's why maybe it passed through and delivered to customer with noise. They need to improve their Q.C not just putting a sticker and saying "Q.C. Passed". ... show more

Works great. Had an issue with no longer powering on right at 3 months after purchase but the manufacturer was quick to resolve it. Was a power supply issue to which they were already aware it was likely the cause & shipped a new (updated version) power supply quickly and I'm back in action.
