Works great. Very easy to set up. Great for my parents who aren’t tech savvy so we can share photos remotely. One con - photos seem to run through the slideshow in the order they are received. There is no random shuffling of the photos from what I can tell. So how they are received is how they are displayed. Hopefully it’s user error on my part. As an example, if someone uploads 30 photos of little Johnnys birthday part then that’s all they see until the next batch of received photos. I’d prefer they were more random to keep it interesting.     • I really wanted to love this frame, but two glaring issues are a major deal breaker
I bought 6 of the 8" frames to give to family members after the birth of my daughter. I REALLY wanted to love these frames, being able to send remotely to all frames at once, SD card storage to allow adding photos in a huge chunk from the PC vs sending a few at a time after transferring to my phone first and with a newborn I could easily see sharing videos and didn't want to fill up the internal storage with wedding photos etc. I was setting one up for myself and discovered there issues that are deal breakers for me. 1. I bought a 32g SD card for each frame so I could easily share wedding photos, family photos etc. I copied a ton of photos to the SD card and inserted it into the frame and powered on the frame.... Only the photos I had sent to the frame through the app played, I went into the app settings and selected the SD card and the photos from the SD card played, but none of the photos I had sent to the frame through the the app played. I reached out to support and they confirmed that the frame will only play photos from one source at a time :-( my parents are 70 years old,there have enough trouble watching YouTube tv so trying to talk them through viewing photos off the SD card on the frame isn't going to happen. The 2nd huge issue is that there is not any option to shuffle the photos, they only play in the order added to the frame. The 3rd issue is that if you happen to send an incorrect photo through the app, there is no way to remove the photo through the app.... Again parents are 70 years old, trying to talk them through deleting a specific photo on the frame is not going to happen. The frames look great, photo quality is great, but the application that runs the frame has some flaws ... show more

Gift for xmas and thank goodness I opened it to preload some photos on it. Description says holds 5000 photos yet the Box said it held 1000 photos and when I went to load photos it would only accept 50 photos max. I contacted company and they were not much help. They Said it must be a “manufacture error.” Needless to say they were great about offering a refund so I mailed the frame back today. I see the frame is no longer available so I wonder if many of us had this issue and they pulled the product. Great concept but 50 photos max didnt suit my needs. ... show more

I ordered this item as a Christmas gift for my parents and my in-laws, who are all over 70 years old. I work on a computer at my fulltime job and can pretty much figure out how to do everything, but THIS? No. It offers weather updates, but apparently only in Bangor, Maine. You cannot change the location. You can upload photos, but cannot manually scan through them. How can you give this as a gift if YOU can't figure out how to use it? I'm sure there is something better out there, I'll keep looking. WASTE of money. ... show more

I was super skeptical about purchasing this based on the lack of reviews and poor product description and pictures. But I’m very glad I purchased this! It’s very nice quality and it comes with a white insert that you can put around the screen if you would rather have that over the black insert. Screen is touch screen, and everything is very easy to set up. It has step by step instructions when you first start it up, or it comes with an instruction book as well. It can be set up in less than 5 minutes. If you aren’t tech savvy, have your children or grandchildren help you. I can’t wait to give this to my in laws for Christmas, who are recently first time grandparents! After Christmas we are going to purchase one for ourselves! ... show more

I bought 2 of these as gifts for Grandma and Great-Grandma. I was hoping the they'd be user friendly. These are idiot proof!!!! I love them! Super easy to set up and if Great-Grandma insists on touching the screen and messes things up, I set it so that after 30 seconds it goes back to the pictures.

Between my mother and I, we have purchased 11 frames for gifts within the past 6 months. 2 of the frames have stopped working correctly. The 1st, I received timely assistance and was sent a new frame. I would say I had appropriate assistance from the company. The only complaint is that I needed to pay $20+ to return the ill functioning frame. In my opinion, the company should have paid for the return of their bad product. The second frame however, I have submitted via email and tech support request twice without response. It has been 3 weeks. The company does not offer a customer service phone number, so I have no choice but to continue to waste my time trying to replace a frame that I gifted to my Grandmother. I feel terrible, because she does not get to see me or my children due to COVID, so this frame was a wonderful surprise and she did love it, while it worked. I too love my frame and the ease of the app to add to all of my family members, whom I purchased the frame for. It’s really a wonderful gift, especially in these times! I only give one star because 2 out of 11 frames purchased did not fully work...that’s too many in my opinion. I’m very unhappy with their customer service. I also can not get pictures to email to any frames. The app and website do work well though. I love that I can add multiple pictures, to multiple frames at the same time. If I did this all over, I’d buy a different frame with the app option that allows to add to multiple frames. It’s a wonderful thing, like I said, but this brand is poor. To anyone reading this- Please choose a different frame, but buy a frame, because they’re great! PS I’ve read many comments on Facebook advertisements for this frame, that note the same customer service issues. ... show more
