I thought all of them were part of titanium series but only two of them are. Pots are all normal, two pans are from their titanium series.

    • Cooks evenly but scratches
For what I cook, this set fits the bill. The first thing I did was to cook an omlette - the acid test, imo. It cooked evenly and well and I was able to fold it without anything sticking. When it was done, it slid out of the pan. I've had this set for a few months now and am still pleased with it. The only complaint I have are those plastic lids - one has already melted so threw it out - why not just make a set with the usual lids? Update: Not happy with the quality after medium use. The smaller of the fry pans scratched and one of the bigger lids for that same fry pan, the handle came off and couldn't be re attached. The entire point to buying this set was to find a set that wouldn't scratch. I use plastic utensils too. ... show more

This is a nice set. Not as thick and as durable as previous TFal we have bought but we like it well enough. I wanted it for the pour spouts and nonstick ability for the low price. The lids are a great feature although I haven’t had them long. Hopefully they will last as long as the previous T Fal sets. ... show more

I found that many of the "problems" people complain about with this set seem to be related to not reading the material supplied. Tells you right off that the stuff is for low to medium heat due to high conductivity. High temps are only for boiling and starting reductions. Even has an indicator in the bottom of the pans for heat level. Also tells you to season the pans, how to do it, and when to repeat. My only issue with this set is to make it all nest together, the pots do not have long handles, so they tend to get hot. Keep potholders handy. I can live with that on an otherwise very nice cookware set that is an outstanding value. Great for people who have limited space and like to cook (or need to cook). ... show more

    • You really need two hands to use the pots!
I have had lots of T-fal pots and pans before. I treat them well, never wash them in the dishwasher or use metal utensils. It's when the underside of the pots and pans start to show scorch marks or scratches from the cast iron cooker grids that I think about replacing them. They used to be more expensive and I held on to some in the past a little longer than I expected. These are good pans for the price. BUT - apart from the frying pans you cannot hold the other items with one hand whilst you spoon out what you have cooked? A clip on handle to allow one handed use would have been nice. Product works as it should. Remember to use medium heat. I usually just wipe out instead of wash and periodically season.
