The over all phone doesn’t look like it has any blemishes, my speaker, my camera and all accessories work beautifully, it truly was unlocked and I was able to easily transfer data over. I ordered the phone March 2021 for work. I noticed once I began using the phone it would glitch (Screen would slightly jump on its own) once I observed this I thought a simple restart would do the trick. Which it did until recently the jumping became more and more frequent. Almost as if someone had taken over the control of the phone. Ive kept trying to blow the issue off for almost a year now but I cant anymore. I usually have NO issues with any of the products I purchase off Amazon but this by far is the WORST. I went to bed lastnight the phone was still operating "ok". I woke up this morning went to check work emails and its like its completely frozen one second then the next its jumping all over the place. I cant even restart the device. I honestly considering canceling my recent order for more work equipment if there's a possibility it will crash before a of even having the product! ... show more

Bought the phone in good condition and came in excellent condition with no scratches and the battery was recently replaced by apple and was at 100 percent. I have had my phone switched over just a day and so far so good. I went to metro and had them swap my SIM card from my older iPhone to the new one purchased and it went on perfectly, no issues and metro confirmed it’s an authentic iPhone.. As far as the condition mine came in I can say it looks brand new not one scratch or nick-nothing! The Face ID works great as well battery came at 86% I will update more as I use it longer and try things out and do an update… but as I said so far so good and I’m very happy with my purchase thus far. The battery health is 76 percent, not the 80 percent or higher they promised. This is pretty dishonest in my opinion, since they knew it was below standard when they shipped it.
