I'm replacing a large 50W "CFL" type light with this 50W White LED. The quality of the manufacturing seems better than most. Good quality mounting bracket, power cable with a standard US plug, and good mounting hardware. You will need to provide your own screws to mount the "U" bracket to your property. I measured 33 Watts power draw with my KiloWatt meter which is typical of the Chinese watt claims. The included photo shows just how bright this beast gets. There's about a sub-second delay and then those LEDs fire up. I use this to illuminate the grill after hours where the clean white light lets me judge the food best. The light is super broad and the light illuminates edge-to-edge without hot spots or artifacts. ... show more

These are amazing lights. They are almost too bright? Is that a thing? You don’t need to worry if they will light up your area. They come with a household plug on the end. I removed that and had them hard wired. Great light for the money. No drawbacks that I can tell. They are mounted outside on my garage. ... show more

This 50 watt led is much brighter than the 30 watt led it replaced. The construction is solid and it looks and feels like a quality product. I cut the plug off to wire it to the electrical box on the side of the house. Fortunately the wires were black and white, no ground wire. I installed it under the eaves of the house to protect it from the rain even though it says that the fixture is weatherproof. Many imported lights have wires of blue, yellow, etc. so you have to guess which to hook to the U.S. black and white. It was a bit pricey even with the 18% discount at checkout bringing it to $47.47. This Sansi 350w floodlight is an amazing little light. It's small size and durability make it the one light I reach for when working inside or outside of my home. It provides 350watts of bright, warm light and unlike other floodlight, doesn't get hot when working and can easily survive a drop from a ladder. I have a set of these mounted on my house as well connected to a motion sensor to light a path in the backyard. They just work! One last thing I noticed is that when I replaced the older incandescent spotlights that used to light that part, I've not had to climb a ladder every Spring to change out a burned-out bulb. After reading only the most positive reviews of the entire brand I was tempted of giving my money for a fun light for our backyard. I set it up and played with the remote functions indoors and was impressed by the modes, brightness and intensity of colors. Once I set the light up on our back porch I learned that the remote not only doesn't work through any of our sliding glass doors but you really have to be a couple feet away from it, at the most, to be able to turn it on or change functions. As I was looking to be able to remotely use this light I am disappointed to give it such low rating. At this price point I have somewhat high expectations in the RGB LED world and the poor performance of the remote turns this awesome light into a piece of metal I've yet to find use for. Perhaps I'll continue on my journey of searching for the "somewhat" perfect, outdoor rated RGB light with the ability to control it from farther then an arms reach. Cheers ... show more

Takes a little less than a second to turn on and then lots of light. I have 5 bulbs in the garage and added this. Puts all the bulbs combined to shame. Two things to know. 1. the holes to mount the thing are pretty large so I used a cabinet screw with mushroom head. Regular sheetrock screw has too small a head. 2. I bought this light to grow seedlings 🌱 over winter. I place in my garage about 36” from my seedlings. They did so well that I placed some of my larger tender plants around them because I felt they weren’t yet ready for the cold. They look amazing! I’m very please with this light and since the plants are ready for the ground, I am looking forward to using this light outside my garage for outdoor illumination. This light is very bright. It doesn’t get hot to touch even when left on days at a time. I would recommend this item. ... show more

These lights are incredibly bright. I bought one to replace a halogen work light on a stand. I liked it so much I bought several more to replace all of my power hungry, incredibly hot halogen work lights. These are perfect for task lighting. The ceramic does a great job of dissipating heat from the LEDs and they run relatively cool during extended use, so I have no reason to believe that they won't last a very long time. The manufacturer's 5 year warranty provides peace of mind as well. I believe they would function equally well as an outdoor floodlight, as the manufacturer intended.
