Never let anyone tell you something is impossible. I read all the reviews (and fair warning from the company) here about HOW HARD IT IS to put together and I guess I am an optimist because I bought it anyway. Because I really need to move and manage pandemic stress and knew I would actually use this. I am a 52 year old single woman who is not currently fit at all. I am healthy and I am thin but I am not fit and I am not strong and even at my fittest had little to no upper body strength mostly because I have long skinny spaghetti/monkey arms. I have never been able to do a push up or pull up in my life even when I was a young athletic and super fit person. I PUT THIS TOGETHER MYSELF. In one evening. It was exactly as strenuous as I expected but you do not need two people and it does not take 3 days. That said, I can see how people who aren’t good with visual spatial tasks— figuring out the angle to use the tool, how to hook it, how to hold the frame while doing so— could have a harder time. I come from a family where half of us are oddly coordinated in this way and the other half are not. I’m not special. I’m just saying that if you believe you can assemble a really heavy piece of ikea furniture on your own, this will be a breeze. I had to put my body weight into it and figure it out but as soon as I did I had an AWESOME new trampoline. It is nothing like the cheapie jogging ones available at your local sporting goods store. It feels great to bounce on. There is room for all kinds of maneuvers. It’s an instant stress reliever. It is silent. It’s fun. And I don’t regret buying it for 1 second. Half the reviewers here did not read the directions. The instruction booklet clearly states things like *the handle is supposed to be loose* as opposed to fixed and sturdy as it is supposed to move a bit with you as you bounce and more importantly to prevent people from using it to support all their body weight and tipping the trampoline over. It’s a stabilizing handle for you. Yet everyone is complaining that it’s not “stable”. I think this trampoline is a bargain for what it is and if you are confident in your ability to assemble things that need a bit of torque and weight put into it, I say go for it on your own. If not, have a friend handy. It’s not the easiest thing in the world to assemble but it is not awful and it is not impossible. I’m 5’8” weigh about 140 and my pandemic flab is on top of my pre-pandemic not toned body. Point: You don’t need to have a lot of body weight or strength to put this together. Just coordination balance and a solid belief you can. I love this thing. My kid loves it too. I don’t expect to get super fit on it but I do expect to combat our relatively sedentary home life (we are tired of doing nothing but walking daily) and to manage the stress of these times by bouncing some of it away daily.     • Good trampoline for the cost

I'm happy with this thing. It was a little difficult to put together, but if I as a small person can do it, then other people should be able to do it too. I did not need another person to help. Make sure to follow the instructions re: the order in which the bungees are to be attached - that will make attaching the last of the bungees a lot easier. The tool included for pulling the bungees is essential for construction. The glove was unnecessary. Once put together it's quite sturdy and the webbing is tight enough to give a good rebound. As is clearly advertised, the handle is not meant to be leaned on or to take a lot of weight - it's there for just keeping your balance, and it works fine for that. In retrospect I might have liked a sturdier handle, but this one works fine for it's intended purpose and I know I'll get used to it as I grow more comfortable using the trampoline. Very study, well made, and the bungies make it pretty darn quiet. The set up was pretty easy, putting the bungies on was simple but quite the workout, but I did it without too much assistant from my husband. I chose not to put the bar on, so I can't comment on it. The bounce is very comfortable, not too stiff, not too soft. The workout was very comfortable on my joints. I would suggest watching the video on how to put the bungies on vs the instructions. When putting the bungies on, make sure you put one bungie on and then rotate the rebounder and put the next bungie on in a different section, rotate the rebounder and repeat. ... show more

Was super excited to get this. Wasn't too bad to put together with 2 of us. Absolutely LOVE it!!! It's sturdy and the handle is there if you need it but out of the way if you don't want to use it. It makes exercise fun!!!

Really enjoying this trampoline. I purchased it to work on my lymphatic system health but my 3 year old has been loving it as well. It’s larger than I thought it would be but makes for worry free bouncing. Assembly was a little more challenging than expected and took two strong adults to put together, but it got easier as we got the hang of using the tool for stretching the bungees. The hand rail is a bit wobbly and makes a little noise at times, but it’s not meant to put your weight on. Leaving it on for now for toddler safety (with a piece of cut up pool noodle for extra padding across the metal on top). Customer service was top notch when we realized we were missing a couple of screws for assembly. Thanks! ... show more

    • So poorly machined legs will not screw on

I struggled so with the first few bungees that it sat unassembled for months. Today I finally went back to it and completed the bungees. Then, just as I thought the difficult bit was past, I found that only 3 of the 6 legs screwed on easily. 2 won't screw on completely, and the last won't screw on at all! Very poor machining! So I'm out the cost, out a trampoline, my hands ache, and I've wasted at least an hour on this nightmare. If you're determined to buy this beast, I suggest you test that the legs screw on before you assemble anything else. ... show more

    • Workout Trampoline is so cool!

When assembling this it was easy at the beginning and the end but the middle part was the hardest part. It says you need two people to help assemble the whole trampoline ad they weren't lying unless you're incredibly strong. Tightening the ropes is the hard part and you will need someone to hold the trampoline while tightening the ropes. But other than that everything else was smooth sailing. I'd recommend this trampoline especially the 48inch one. It's pretty big plus it is definitely supportive while jumping on it. Don't be scared to purchase! ... show more

Easy to asseble, intructions are easy to follow. Parts did not have numbers so i had to go by the images, but theirs also i link to video you can watch. I did it on my own, no need for 2 people. All tools are provided.
