Very easy to put together, took maybe 10 minutes. Just a few bolts and you're done. Very sturdy, doesn't wobble or shake at all. The speed and incline controls work extremely well. Has a very good safety feature. The only "negative" things I'll say are it's heavier that you might think, and the running surface is kind of narrow. So it's hard to move with just one person, but you can do it slowly. And if you're not used to running you might need something with a wider running surface. I bought this for use after my hip replacement surgery, when the weather outside is too hot/cold or rainy. The treadmill works great, very sturdy. However, the belt is a problem. I followed the instructions on adjusting and tightening when I assembled it. Once I used it the belt went to one side, I fixed it. I used it again and the belt again went to the same side. Its annoying to have to fix the belt before use each time. I'm usually frustrated, and then don't want to fool with using it again. Im not used to having to mess with these kind of issues with treadmills. The last one I had did not cost this much, and there were no instructions on a concern with the belt.     • Affordable treadmill on a budget, but not a gym quality treadmill. Error code after 5 months of use.

Update: After 5 months of ownership and only 2 months of actual usage, I'm now getting error codes on my screen. I bought this treadmill about 5 months ago and it's worked out nicely. It's a good affordable option to a more expensive brand name or model. I haven't had any issues so far with steady usage up this point. Overall, I'd recommend it, but there are a few things I wish I knew beforehand before purchasing it that would've made me pay extra for a treadmill that has a higher incline and taller handle bars like the ones at my local gym. Pros: -Moderately good sized running track, but not as wide as your typical gym-grade treadmill. -Very quiet while running -Easy to use buttons and nice to have speed and incline buttons on the handle bars -Easy to fold up Cons: -Cup holders are very narrow & small and basically only good for something the size of a Poland Spring plastic bottle or holding your cell phone. Most plastic or metal water bottles are much too big to fit in the holder. -The handle bars are not really practical or useful for someone over 5 ft 5 inches. I'm 5'10' and the side handle bars and the handle bars where the pulse sensor is for your hands are too short to hold on consistently when running even on the highest incline. That was a bummer for me since I like to use the pulse reader handle bars on the treadmills I used to use at my gym. -Biggest thing is that eventhough this treadmill and other models say up to 15 levels of incline, the highest incline on this model is only 30 degrees and not 45 degrees like you would find at a gym-grade treadmill. I wish I knew that before I purchased this treadmill as I have to do nearly twice the amount of running and time at the highest incline on this treadmill to match what I used to do on the treadmills at my local gym. SO PLEASE TAKE NOTE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TREADMILL WITH A 45 DEGREE INCLINE, DON'T GET THIS TREADMILL. Lastly, don't make the mistake I made when I purchased this treadmill and Amazon delivered it to my house. This treadmill does weigh enough in the box that it requires 2 strong men to lift it. So when Amazon delivers it to your house, make sure you have the delivery men put it in the room location you want it to be setup in. Because if you pay extra to have someone come to assemble it, the assembly people will not help you move it to another room or location. In my case, I had the delivery guys leave it in the hallway of my house entrance (not knowing the assembly guys wouldn't help me move it at a later time) and I needed a friend to help me move it out to my garage to set it up in there as it was too heavy to walk it up to the upstairs room in my house I originally intended to put it in. ... show more

The treadmill arrived before expected. Packed very well, no breakage. We followed the instructions, lubricated and adjusting first. We had to YouTube how to lube- you lube between the tread and the next base, snipping the lube at the tip and go from the front to the bottom, just under the belt. To adjust, that was tricky. No matter what we did it didn't align. We even called Amazon customer service, who told us to call Sunny, the manufacturer. I finally took the ends off the back to look at the bolts, the bolt on the right wasn't in the bar thread for adjustment. We had to use some gentle force with WD 40 and get the bolt into the thread. Who or whatever put the machine together missed that step. So after that we measured each of the bolts to get the bolts equal, started to manually adjust. And now it works fine. If you have an adjustment issue, you may want to take off the back black plastic pieces and see if your bolts are actually in the bar thread. That is why assembly is a 3. This is our first day with it. It really seems like a good value for the money. Now I just need to fine a suitable bookholder. Good machine. ... show more

I struggled some putting it together but not terribly. Decent treadmill, only gripe I have is that you can't pause your workout to go to the bathroom or take a call. Once you stop then you lose all your progress, time, calories, steps.... any data is gone so you can't go back and see any data. Not a huge deal but does kinda stink if you keep track of it. ... show more

Overall I liked the item, but having the incline/speed controls on the handles, caused inadvertent speed/incline changes. If you step further to avoid handle controls, the treadmill is too short. No other issues with the product. Easy to assemble and ran great.
