Just had the sofa brought in this morning and the delivery was flawless with the Deluxe Delivery and Unpack included in the purchase price. I've put this off for a few years and then didn't want to deal with the hassle of a large piece through Covid. And finally we're using the common area in the office. The office is at the back of the house and the delivery guys just brought the thing in with a few twists and turns. The doorway was 33" and the box got crushed a tad bit but there is enough of a gap in the box and the sofa inside that it didn't do any damage. The delivery guys made sure there was no damage on the sofa and said if I didn't want it they would take it back no questions asked. Now that's service. But knowing this is exactly what I wanted, the only precaution was a defective peice which some people here experienced. No issues at all. Just bought an inexpensive stretch cover and covered the whole thing day 1 to keep it pristine. It looks solid and is light enough to move around very easily. The color is Fawn and is more on the cream tint which wokred perfectly (Check picture). This is a 5/5 sofa and I wouldn't hesitate to buy a matching Living Room Chair or Loveseat if I need it in the future. ... show more

The couch is great and looks great and is so comfortable. I had been waiting for a stone and beam slate colored one to become available. Only problem I had was with the delivery. I won’t go into it but because I live on the 2nd floor there was confusion between amazon and their delivery 3rd party on how to deliver and inside entry way delivery and if they would. Love it! Delivery went great and professional.I woke up and they were there! Great! No waiting around all day. Love the color and fit. It's very comfortable. The only problem is it went on sale cheaper while I was was waiting for delivery in the next few days. Is there any way I can still take advantage of the discounted price? I am no longer a skeptic, this brand is very nice. I can’t go with 5 stars, but if I could give it 4.5 stars, I would. The good: Delivery service was very good. Full box did fit through my front door (and the delivery dudes were quite clever at getting it from the driveway to my stoop). Deep seating. Perfect size for my space. Reversible cushions. I do like the very wrong color I was sent, guess that’s fate? The look is very high end. The fabric feels incredibly strong. The not so good: It’s much more firm than higher end down filled brands. You sent me Fawn, I ordered Slate, why? No ottoman available, why? I definitely deserve some sort of credit on this purchase since you sent me the wrong color. ... show more
