This was a long, tedious assembly, with confusing directions. The final installation of the net was VERY difficult. Frankly, the bottom "strings" are challenging to understand, and to install. However, once it was established, our kiddo truly started to enjoy it. Beware, there is no ball included in this package. To be able to use this out of the box, you'll also need to order a ball. For the massive price increase, setup required, and confusion, they could at least include a ball and some ground stakes (aka u shaped bent metal). We'll see how it holds up. For now, this is a 3 for middle of the road, does what it basically ought to do. Nothing super special, and certainly not setup impressive. ... show more

    • Boxes come days apart
I have only received 2 of the 3 boxes to assemble item and have not heard back from the company yet. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift! And it is incomplete. Update the last box finally came and it comes together fairly easily. My son is thrilled and enjoying it

It didn’t take too long for my husband and kids to assemble. It was assembled April 4, 2021. Kids jump a few times a week. The padded spring cover and net have both begun to rip apart. I chose this specific model based on both good online reviews and a friend’s recommendation. She has the same model and hasn’t had these problems. So disappointed in ours! It was a pricey purchase we expected to have many years of use out of! After contacting the company, they sent me a replacement padding and netting! Hopefully the replacement will last much longer. ... show more

    • Pain in the butt so assemble.
If you don't like putting Ikea furniture together, do not buy this trampoline. That said, it is well made and my kids love it. Took us 4 hours to put together. My husband the first 2 by himself. He never asks for help with any project, he asked for help with this one. Impossible to do by yourself. THE NET! The net was a B@#$t to put on. Have fun, kids! ... show more

This trampoline doesn’t even come with basketball hoop. It’s doesn’t come with “U” shape stand either. All the past are missing. Absolutely not satisfied with the order.

    • The new blue version is the WORST to assemble
I bought the new blue version and the directions are TERRIBLE. All YouTube videos or tutorials are written for the other version and it’s so confusing as the directions leave out important parts and you just have to guess. Took forever to assemble. I should have bought a different version.

My girls absolutely love it, it’s a perfect size for them. Wasn’t too hard to put together. Overall think it was a great product so far everything I’ve had it now for almost 2 months.

Right now I am so disappointed, we have followed fed ex for days, they finally come and we are missing a box, crucial to putting this together. My son has been up since 5:00 am waiting, and no idea when he will get his birthday present put together :(
