This set is so small . The picture shows a nice patio set that looks like it would be comfortable for adults. Not the case .... I put together a chair and a table .... that took a about 2 hours considering the holes did not line up very well ... after it was put together the chair sat so low to the ground and was so small . I am 5’2 and 130 lbs ... I looked like a giant in the chair , the table was so low also . So with all that I returned the entire set and I am waiting for a refund. I would absolutely not recommend buying this set. Save yourself the time and hassle of being out the money and being at the mercy of this company to get your money back. I’m not one that ever writes reviews on products but between the customer service this company offers and the poor quality of their products how could I not. ... show more

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! DO NOT BUY! If you really want to give them a chance you better add the warranty and send in time and hope they cover. We had to send two emails before we finally got the oh so sorry reply it’s been more than a year. There is no customer service to actually talk to anyone. We purchased this set to put under our COVERED patio. No extreme elements and was only outside for less than a year when we started to notice the pieces becoming so brittle and just snapping. Pictures are misleading if you think these will last in any sort of elements. They will not. See our pictures here and there are other people’s posts with pictures that look just like our disappointing photos. So very sad! I can’t believe this company will not stand by their product. I have purchased other patio sets that have lasted 8+ years that were outside, uncovered in extreme elements of heat and snow while we lived in Utah. One was Hampton Bay and something from Shopko. Wisteria Lane you deserve ZERO stars. I am very disappointed in how you are handling this matter. We were happy when we first received but after less than a year of use I would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. ... show more

The directions were virtually non existent. I am fairly handy with tools and almost never give up on assembling complicated products as long as I have some reasonable instructions. In this case it was one sheet of very vague direction. I tried to visually put the pieces together and also saw that the back support of the sofa would barely come above my butt. This would mean very little back support. In order to return this product I had to pay the shipping charges of $120. I will never buy furniture on line again. ... show more

The furniture arrived on time & if I remember correctly in 3-4 HUGE heavy boxes. Assembly was fairly easy, instructions could have been better, but we figured it out. Plan on assembly taking over an hour (there were 3 of us). But so worth the time. I did notice some of the wicker had come loose, but I just hot glued it...no big deal. It looks beautiful on my patio. I wish the cushions wouldn't slide around so much, but still love it. Some people posted that they just put Velcro on them, but I like to flip the cushions every once in a while, so Velcro wouldn't work for me. Color is perfect & you can't beat the price. ... show more

The color in their pictures is pretty accurate (sort of a weathered gray than true gray). Very easy to assemble by myself with a battery operated screwdriver (~8-10 screws per piece, then another 8 screws used to put on the feet). If you can put together IKEA furniture, this will be a breeze. Nice quality fabric on cushions. Seat cushions have good high density foam. Back cushions are a little flimsy, but nothing that can be amended by adding some extra fiberfill. Everything was packed really carefully and the glass was encased in styrofoam with plastic corners guards, then placed between seat cushions. I was very cautiously optimistic about the quality, but am happily surprised. Yes, the backs are low but unless you want to spend $5K or more, that seems to be the standard height. ... show more

    • A good buy, worth the $
Color: Blue
The height of the back rest is a little low, so you can’t sit up and lean back. It takes about 1 hour per chair to put together. It’s not complicated, just time consuming to use the small wrench and screws.
