Looks just like as advertised, but this is not a real replacement for an actual wicker papasan chair. As people mentioned, the holes definitely don’t line up when assembling but you can get it done. I ended up buying a double wide wicker papasan chair that was suitable for replacing my love seat, but this is not a suitable replacement for a couch. It functions very well as guest seating. I was not too sure about it at first but it did grow on me quite a bit and now I use it often for gaming in. It’s also worth noting that it does not function the same as a normal papasan chair in that the bowl sits in the frame, it has a ball bearing that swivels (which is nice) but you aren’t able to adjust the up and down angle of the chair. Cushion is a little thin but I don’t mind, i was also expecting it to be the same size as a normal papasan chair but it’s a bit on the small size (shame on me for not measuring it out using the provided dimensions). I find it fairly comfortable but not suitable for deep relaxation, more of sitting up and attentive kind of situation if that makes sense. Ultimately I think you should probably spend a little more dough and get a full size papasan chair but this definitely has its uses and I enjoy it. ... show more

Its very comfy and worth it if you have the patience or a second person to help you put it together. The holes don't match perfectly which requires a lot of strength pushing and pulling to maneuver it to the point you can put it together. It's cute and easy to put together. When you sit in it you can kinda feel the metal support but over all its comfort is a 6 out of 10, it's still pretty comfy and I love the chair non the less.

I struggled to give this 4 stars, as opposed to 3 stars. This chair was advertised as wicker and it is not. A bit of false advertisement that Amazon allows. Its metal, all metal, wrapped with wicker. Cushion is VERY VERY thin and after sitting on it for approximately 2 weeks, you can now feel the metal through the cushion. Overall I'm happy with this purchase, but there are some drawbacks to this chair. Pros: * It's on the smaller side, so it fits into most spaces a bit better (it's about 4-6" smaller than a 'standard' Papasan) * The instructions for assembly are clear, and in theory very easy. * Because it's metal and swivels, the bowl stays in the upright position (the two piece wooden ones frequently slide a lot and can be difficult to get comfortable in) * Cushion is surprisingly comfortable, much more comfortable than the average cheap papasan cushion. Cons * The quality control is almost nonexistent. I got the white frame and it arrived with chunks of paint coming off of it. The holes in the bowl did not line up easily and required two people to force together. The holes were also drilled through the faux rattan wrapping, meaning it was loose and unraveling. That's aesthetic only but it was a very weird choice to drill through the wrap. ... show more
