Giving the bass on these headphones a 5 star rating is criminal, they easily deserve a 10! I'm not an expert on headphones, I've always loved skullcandy though. I wanted the ANC pair, but for the big spending I did on my daughter this Christmas, these were my $75 ticket to a happy music place at half their regular price. PROS: I'm wearing them as I write this and they are sending vibrations straight to my feet at half the bass slider. If you want bass without breaking the bank look no further! These don't disappoint, feels like I'm front row at a concert the boom is so tangible through my body! The look of them is pleasing, makes you feel good and the style is interesting with a corduroy head band, faux leather ear cushions, and matte soft plastic look/texture. These dont leak noise as much as you would think, the party goes on in your body while the people around might have the idea what your listening to on the high pitches. But the bass drops and is a low smooth boom for just you and your music indulget self to enjoy. The rest of the pitches are smooth and wonderful. The slider all the way off is still enjoyable if you need to give your ears a rest, but midway to almost full is perfect depending on the song! But having it even halfway gives you a "live band at a bar in 4K ultra HD" quality kinda feel. I have perfect hearing, seriously I tested for hearing above and beyond normal human limits, so I do have to be careful, but bass is my passion. Again I'm not a pro at speakers, I just love to actually feel my music with some lovely sexy bass. It comes with a half charge, so you can connect and plug into being caressed by your fave song about 30 seconds out of the box! (I have a Samsung Note 10+5g) At only half battery when I opened it they charge well and hang on to their battery life nicely! I cant wait for a trip or for some me time so I can really test their longevity! CONS: The first and most noticable thing I can say is that I do not like pressure on my face or head, not from my glasses, hats, or headphones, and these do apply a lot of it. Finding that happy place is challenging with these...but doable and I assume theres a certain amount of wear that will help with that, but out of the box...ouch, and I have a normal sized head. The case is the same corduroy as the head band, nice and soft for the soft plastic to not get scratched up, but dont pack em tight while on the move as they will crush in this soft pull string bag. Unless you have these up to earbleed mode you can hear what's going on around you. Maybe not your thing, honestly I dont mind it as a single mommy I'd like to hear my daughter if she needs me. On that note however, trying to use them for a low volume pure peace I crave at times, won't be this sets use. I wish they came with the venues ability to tap ANC on and off. I wouldn't buy these for a kid or teenager, these will ruin ears as fast as an every weekend concert goer! Just my opinion as a parent. Wrap up: Worth it for the price, but search around for what things you want most. If bass is it, get these and feel very proud of yourself for a wonderful choice :) If all the bells and whistles are what you crave, these have a few, but not the $300 price tag bells...I personally don't need anymore bells for my music ;) ... show more

I do a lot of grocery shopping for my job and these have been amazing! Cancels the noises around me while I enjoy my music so I can focus. Also easy to answer an incoming call with one button push and callers have said they can hear me great while in a busy public place. The best part: The charge lasts so long. I Use them for a couple hours at a time nearly every day and haven’t had to charge in weeks! Adjustable fit works well for me. My only complaint is my face gets a bit sweaty from the cushion material and it occasionally pulls my hair, but I imagine any similar product would probably do the same. Oh and the color is nice too.
