The side tables stay up great. Some people said they don’t but they probably just don’t have the little bar pulled up right. You may have to adjust it. This gets a -1 star only because of the cover not staying on well during wind, even with the attached drawstring. It was moderately difficult to put together, but overall less than 2 hours by myself. They are comfortable, the cushions seem to be good quality so far, and the reclining feature works great. I love this chase lounge. Just what I wanted. The side table doesn't stay up. It falls down with the slightest movements. The way the back is angled you side down and my head doesn't reach the pillow. The blue cushion gets extremely hot. Can't just sit on it. Must put a towel over it Easy enough to assemble Pretty and a great height to get up and down easily. Good for the price. Came packaged well. Minor things but it's perfect for me. Would buy again. This lounge chair looks very nice, has a side table for drinks and comes with a cover so you can keep the cousins from losing their color in the sun. Putting together the lounge chair is a bit time consuming. I recommend using an electric drill to assemble. I used the allen wrench that came with the hardware to assemble, and it took me two and a half hours to completely assemble one chair. Not so great to assemble and I would prefer a side table that was retractable. Also the side table being from woven plastic rattan (same material as the overall chair) is not sturdy enough to sit drinks on without them wobbling around - therefore the 4 stars. Love the chairs, but one of the waterproof covers is not waterproof and leaks - that's frustrating as the cushions are getting wet / dirty. Also, the trays don't stand perfectly horizontal so you can't really use them. otherwise, love the chairs!
