    • Lights partially stopped working

The light arrived quickly and worked perfectly for the first week but now the red portion of one strand has stopped working. I have them outside wrapped around two pillars in my front entrance. The timer works perfectly and the are beautiful. If the red lights had continued to work I would have rated them 5 stars, but unfortunately they did not. I have left the seller a message and hope they respond with a solution quickly. If so I will upgrade my rating. Update: I have changed my rating from two to four stars with the following explanation. After writing the Bebrant Lighting team they responded very quickly explaining that each color of the lights require a different voltage to perform at their brightest and I should replace the batteries, If I was not happy with the results they would completely refund my entire purchase price. I did change the batteries and the lights are performing as they did originally. These light are actually awesome, bright and vibrant. I would give them five stars if the batteries lasted a bit longer. At full brightness you should get up to 60 hours before changing. I love the timer setting, I turn them on once and set the timer function never needing to touch them again! The lights stay lit for 6 hours and then automatically come on again after eighteen hours.....pretty sweet! I have never received such awesome customer service, their follow up and commitment to their product are exceptional! ... show more

I’m the PTA president for my daughters elementary school and I use these lights for all sorts of night time events- to light up curbing to prevent tripping; I drilled holes in 36” garden stakes and threaded the lights through for lit up stanchions; I’ve used them on tables for centerpieces. They’re so versatile and durable. My only complaints are the tubing kinks easily and I wish you could hold down the power button to turn them off rather than cycle through all the settings. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Looks great, easy to install, and has a remote! My balcony needed holiday/festivity lights and these did the trick. Looks awesome from a distance as well. Eight different lighting modes all Controlled via a remote. Love them!

I used it on 5ft trees. I liked that they were battery operated,as I have no outlets outside. They were easy to put up without attaching to the tree. Just wrapped around. They are Brite and liked the different functions. However there are kinks in them you can't get out. Had them going for 3 wks on brightest setting. Batteries lasted. One bulb broke however when rolling them back up,so not sure if they will work next Christmas,or if so don't think I will get but one or two Christmases out of them. One thing that I didn't like was the only way to set the timer you had to use the remote. Great it had a timer,so no need to remember to turn it on and off . But would have liked it better if you could set the timer by the battery box. You can though turn it on and off and set functions with the battery box but you would have to do it every day. So if you lose the remote,no setting the timer. And also another battery to buy for the remote ... show more
