This was a gift for my brother who is retiring as a police office after 30 years. It arrived in time, shipping box good but item looks like it came from someone's closet 10 years ago. This is a first for me. So disappointed.

We gave it to our grandson he is 9. The box said 6+ and it was done in a day. I do not think it should have read 6+ was not challenging. For the price it was ok . I have purchased many Legos this one I felt was overpriced.

The package was completely damaged, the Lego box inside was crushed, already opened and taped again. Big disappointed for my son who waited for this! Some loose lego pieces inside the box as well!

Box was beaten up and preopened. It was a birthday present so I couldn’t return it and replace it in time. Purchasing something NEW is not supposed to be already opened. Thankfully I was able to account for the correct bags of pieces.

I got this for my sons birthday, and the best part - the police car light brick, is defective. We tried a new battery and it still wont work.. I can't return it because it is already built. Can we get another light brick to replace the defective one please?????
