My aunt needed an new phone after dropping and breaking hers. She’s in her 80s so simplicity was key. This phone was simple for her to use. She loves it and hasn’t had any issues with it so far. Phone was in perfect pristine condition. Only draw was the battery capacity was at 88% which isn’t bad by any means and I knew the phone was renewed but that really was the only minor drawback. Again not really a big deal. Everything works at it should. Phone came in great shape with a good battery. Only complaint is the charging cable that was included which was a cheap product which broke in less than one day (connector literally broke away from the cable). Otherwise, a good buy.

The phone seems fine so far but they sent me the phone in a huge box bubble wrapped and a cheap charger that barely works ! I’m so upset. I bought an apple phone so I should have received an apple charger. I am very particular about the charger I use. Not cool on the sellers end. It seems like they took the cheap way out. I rarely leave reviews but thought this definitely needed one. I was really nervous about buying a refurbished phone online. I read lots of seller reviews and user reviews. I ultimately ordered an iPhone XS in May of 2022 from Promo Dealz. I thought it was a total gamble. However, the phone I purchased arrived in the stated “excellent” condition. No scratches or dings. I was pleasantly surprised and really happy with the whole transaction. Fast forward 8 months and I needed to order another one. I made sure the seller was Promo Dealz again. The phone arrived a day earlier than scheduled, which was a nice surprise. Again, the phone itself was in excellent condition. Not a scratch on it. However, the battery health on this one was not what I expected, so I emailed the seller. They responded quickly, and in less than 24 hours I had a solution to the battery problem. The phone is great but the battery quality suck. My other iPhone the XR has been on since day before yesterday alarm and all went off and it’s still charged. This phone battery I’ve had to charge a few times already. It drains quickly and just got it.😩

I bought the iPhone XS as a gift for my son. I want to say this is a real review not from a bot. He received it in 2days but the battery health was only 77% less than the 80% they advertised. I understand the phone is refurbished but why can't they put in a new battery and give people what they pay for. My son bought a new battery from the phone repair shop that cost $70.
