I am extremely pleased with the quality of this cover, ESPECIALLY for the price! It fits very securely for when I keep valuable tools and other items in the bed. The channels direct water to the front or rear of the bed, and it comes with tubes to run through the plugs in the front of the bed. That's nice so your items do not get wet. I HATE when I see a truck with a hard cover that sits up 1" from the sides of the bed. The look just seems unfinished to me. Instead, this cover sits pretty low on the sides of the bed, with a very streamlined looks. The install was very easy! Just bolt on the rails and lay the cover on top. I like that you can pull the cords to unlock each panel via the nylon plastic clips. There is a cord on each side, so you don't have to run back and forth! My only complaint about the particular model that I bought (Tri-fold).... I thought I bought one that would fold 3 times, so you can access the entire bed. In reality the "Tri" fold actually only folds TWICE. When it is fully opened, 1/3 of the bed stays covered. This isn't a huge issue for the most part, and I can quickly remove the whole cover if I need to access the entire bed. However, given the opportunity to purchase it again, I would buy the quad fold version of this, for the few times that I need the full bed to be open. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install and remove. We drove 2500 miles with this and it performed as expected, kept everything dry and secure. Great peace of mind with this product.

This is a great design that is fairly easy to install, looks and functions great once done. My only issue was the lack of attention to detail on some machining. All 4 of the clip mounting holes were fouled with burs that couldn't just be blown out, I had to ream them with a drill bit to install the hardware. If you are going to make "made in USA" a selling point, have better quality than a cheaper import ... show more

This is a nice fitting good looking cover. The instructions could be better but still easy enough to install correctly. I bought it for a 2020 F150 and traded the truck in before the cover arrived for a 2023 F150 with the same size bed, it is a great fit.

I bought this cover due to the reviews and price. I was a little worried as i had seen reviews that people had problems with leaks or the latching not holding the cover correctly. We the product arrived i opened it the same day and finished the install in about 20 mins with minimal tools. Pros: the cover seems to be made of a good quality material. It seals out MOST things. I went through thunder storms and a carwash and the bed stayed dry. Dust however will find its way inside. The latching works well just be sure to follow the instructions and line the rails up correctly or they wont work as expected. This does not require drilling or cutting your truck. Cons: The rubber material that seals the outer edges appears to not like the hot temperatures or sunlight of Texas in the summer. The glue holding them down started to peel away slightly which was fixed using a stronger adhesive. Note for install: Leave the clamps holding everything down slightly loose to make final minor adjustments when you unfold the cover to line it up. Then lay on your back, slide into the bed and tighten them while the cover is still unfolded. Once tightened you should be fine to move it about. This will help make a better seal to keep water out and ensure the latches hold true. I would assume this is where many customers have issues. Overall great product, great price, and no regrets. Update 4: Gator has denied any warranty options because the version I bought was Sold by and Shipped by Amazon. I originally contacted them on 10/19, my Amazon return window closed on 10/29. Gator was no reply until 11/5. So I am screwed now. DO NOT BUY THIS COVER! Update 3: Gator has not responded to my email from 5 days ago. Terrible customer service. Spend the money to get the name brand cover that will honor a warranty. Update 2: I have been trying to talk to “Jeff” at Gator about the leak and what options there are to correct it or warranty exchange. Communication has been awful, slow and not professional at all. Short and dismissive and its been a few days since I have received any more replies. True you get what you pay for. Should have bought the B*KFl** Update: After the first real rain, I went out to look in the bed of the truck to find that more than a little water was dripping in from a screw that holds the nylon straps. Not only was I frustrated to think about water making it into the bed, after further thought, the fact that rain (while the truck sat parked) was making somehow inside the rail channels to even get to this screw. I have sent a message to the seller but have received no response. The cover also has a few spots in the black top where there little white specks of the white undercoating. The black finish must be pretty thin. Also, not having the third section fold up against the glass to have more use of the bed has quickly shown to be a bother. Even for things such as washing the roof of the truck cab by standing in the bed. I know this is a cheaper version of the “name brand”... but still was hoping for a bit better experience out of the box. Original: Cover looks great, seems well built so far. The written instructions are close enough to get it installed. The only part that wasn’t mentioned in the paper instructions but is in the installation video, is the location to put the foam tape on the bulkhead. The only thing so far that I have noticed that would be nice from the competitor is that it has a 4th hinge just a few inches from the bulk head. This would allow you to fold the last panel up and lean on the glass to allow use of more of the bed. The design of this cover would require complete removal to use the last 1/3 of the bed. Some water did manage to enter the bed in a touch less car wash test. But thats high pressure sprayers and not likely going to happen in normal rain conditions. ... show more
